Did not receive order. Company kept the money

I placed an order in July. The tracking says it is being returned to the sender. It’s now half way through October. I have neither a refund or my order. They say I have to wait until they receive it. It’s been months and it’s still showing as being returned to the sender. I would recommend people shop elsewhere. Awful company bordering on a scam.

Poor shipping & customer service

Poor customer service - 3 bottles shipped with which 1 had leaked on arrival. Had to dispose of 1 bottle and a second due to smell. Contacted customer service who refused compensation or replacement. Would not recommend or reorder.
