Easy online ordering, quick turnaround. product as stated, packaged well

I buy all my poppers from these guys and have usually had good service. But my gripe this time is with the slow delivery time. You know what it's like; when you want your poppers, you want them now. I paid for the 24 h Royal Mail service but despite getting confirmation of postage from poppers r us my poppers still have not arrived 2 days later. Whilst the Royal Mail website says this is an "aim" rather than a guaranteed schedule it begs the question why offer this service on the website when more reliable operators are out there. I guess my gripe is more with Royal Mail but this company chooses to use this operator and therefore has to take some responsibility. Unhappy Poppers R Us - Make it right!

I ordered 5 bottles from this company because they give a discount for multiple qty.

I ordered and paid extra for next day delivery. The items were delivered as per the next day service .

However , 2 I'd the bottles I. Opening were , let's say flat ...no aroma nothing just like 2 bottles of water . (When I say water it's a clear liquid with no aroma) . I reported it via email to the company and had no response. I followed up the email to chase a response from them. Only to be met with a load of ignorance. " We asked for pictures" ... I had never had a response let alone be asked for pictures.
I replied informing them that I had not had the correspondence requesting photos .
So I again replied , what do you require pictures of ? I find them asking for photos (and not being specific) really strange. How can you show that there is no AROMA from a picture. I can send pictures of open bottles but what would that prove ?
So again I've replied to them asking what pictures do they need ?
The response came back with no sense of empathy or care towards me . Blunt language .. no dear customer or dear sir just " we asked for pictures"
And . " To say that the contents is like water is ridiculous" ....It's clear liquid with no smell !!! Isn't that how you would describe water ?

I can't believe the attitude I'm getting from these people. And as I'm writing this I've just had another reply at 23.27pm so I'm thinking this is a small business run by one man who just thinks they can hide behind a keyboard.
Also while I'm having a rant ...what on earth is all this " paying by bank transfer because the card companies won't accept the transaction due to the nature of the product???? I have just ordered replacement from a rival company and paid by debit card which was no issue what so ever. So PoppersRus.co.uk pull your finger out get some customer service training and stop giving people attitude when you don't supply what people are paying for ....

As we have stated we want a picture of the bottles you are talking about as they are now, not the cap, not your house, the whole bottle as it is now with the cap and label on.

I forgot to add that that I complained the day that they arrived which 24 hours after order , so as you can clearly see from the response below they are just talking nonsense regarding how the item should be stored . And to add that they don't suffer fools just shows the attitude of the company towards it's customers. What an absolute disgrace and ignorant response to a genuine complaint.

As for rambling emails if you weren't so ignorant in your responses one wouldn't need to "explain" everything to such childish minds.

No communication or reply to emails I sent regarding the order.

I requested items be shipped by a specific courier, which this company uses, added notes to the order on their site and followed up with an email (The only way of contacting this company); no reply to any email and then they shipped by a different courier. We are having trouble with the couriers finding our address, thus the request for one that can find us, so we will see if this order arrives.

Also, there it's very slow shipping via the courier option; the order was placed Friday, 09/02/24, at 17:30 (So out of hours, which I appreciate). I received confirmation of the shipping label being created at 8:10 am on Monday, 12/02/24, so far, so good. Item shipped Tue, 13/02/24 and scheduled for delivery Friday, 16/02/24, so a week to receive and shipping was £14.99, not great value, in my opinion.

Before the item shipped, I chased the company via email to see when to expect the shipping to take place as I am not at this address all the time; NO REPLY again.

In the interim, I have ordered elsewhere, shipped the same day, and delivered via the correct courier as I requested. It will be delivered the next day for only £8.99.

I won't be using this company again as better, cheaper options are out there, and other company does not reply to their emails, from my experience.

REPLY : - Your website clearly says UPS as a courier option. Maybe you should remove this if you don’t use them. No mention in your reply here as to why you don’t reply to customer emails either.

When I went to order the 5x pack of Liquid Gold, there wasn't much of recent reviews. Well I need it for something, so took a chance. 100% worth it! Taking a long draw you get a creeping but then overwhelming warming sensation, then it continues to do exactly what it's supposed to. If you're on your own then it might even make you laugh, but perhaps that's just me. It's seriously f*ckin strong compared to what I've had before. I don't mind paying for delivery when the product is better than I thought it would be (at the right price too). Packaging was a secure cushioned package inside an unmarked cardboard outer layer, in perfect condition. Got it (today) 2 days after the confirmation Email for shipping came through. I'll be recommending the site to other people. Many thanks.
