We appreciate your honest feedback — it really helps us improve.

We’re sorry to hear about the lag, CPU performance, and website issues you experienced. What you described isn’t the experience we aim to provide, especially even for small SMP setups.

We’re currently rebuilding our entire infrastructure from scratch to fix performance issues, improve stability, and upgrade our systems so this doesn’t happen again. This includes better resource allocation and a more reliable panel/website.

If you’re open to it, please DM me so I can personally look into your case and offer a refund or help resolve the issue.

Thank you again for sharing your experience — we’re working hard to come back much stronger.
