Ordered religiously every Friday for the past 11 weeks but won’t be ordering again. One recent order was missing two packs (obviously because it didn’t fit in the box, so rather than opting for a bigger box they just left them out), was due a delivery today but it’s now been delayed. My dog has had nothing but mushy and smelly poo whilst on this food - despite me trying both the mince and the meatballs, I’ve even added tree barks and pumpkin powder etc to help but no joy. Customer service is difficult - depends if you catch them on a good day. Offered no solution to the delayed delivery despite me asking to cancel and refund so I can buy elsewhere. I rely on the deliveries and now being told it’s not guaranteed (yet their website states what day it will be delivered). My nearest store that stocks this food is over an hour away so I rely on the deliveries. Very dismisses customer service agent today who offered no solution then commented that my review was unfair…. My review was based on zero solution being offered. Poor reward system too.
Will not be placing any further orders with this company and will be choosing a dog food all together.
Edit to respond: I did contact you on live chat regarding the poo and you told me to try meat balls which I started to order more of instead of mince. You ignored the mushy consistency then just like you have now. You are also spamming me on WhatsApp whenever I leave you feedback which is extreme and not welcome. Your response is very condescending, saying I didn’t understand your message earlier? How rude. As stated,I will not use you again nor will I recommend. I’ve now had to block you on WhatsApp because you continue to harass me. Your reply is extremely condescending. Leave me alone.

Fantastic food and an amazing company!
I can't say enough good things about Poppy's Picnic. I have a cockapoo who was extremely difficult to feed, beyond fussy and trust me I tried every trick in the book, taking uneaten food away, putting it back, coaxing, adding toppers etc; nothing worked at all. I read about Poppy's Picnic and it seemed to be worth a try, they do cookable raw food without bone but with eggshell instead, which is perfect as Ralf is not very tolerant to bone. I have never looked back, he has never refused a meal since and it's been months now! He's happy, healthy and waits patiently for his food.
It's not the cheapest food in the market, but is more than comparable to other brands such as Butternut Box etc; and if you are throwing food away then you're literally throwing money away.
I would recommend this food 100%, delivery is so fast and your dog will thank you!

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would, I’ve never dealt with anything like them before, Deborah who I’ve been dealing with for a couple of days went above and beyond with her help and advice, I have an 11 year old French bulldog whose been raw fed all his life but has suddenly developed acid reflux, she adviced me on what to order and even sent me a 25% off my first order code.
I went for a mixture of mince and power balls and realised early hours in the morning I added chicken to the order when I wanted to avoid it so I dropped them a message and they changed it for me before it was packed, I’ve just tried him on a couple as we’re feeding small meals throughout the day and he wolfed them down, I gently cooked them in the air frier so they were half cooked which is absolutely fine, they even smelt as good as human meatballs you buy. I will most definitely order from poppys picnic going forward, I got a personal 1 to 1 service i would not find in any other large company. Thank you all.

I can see that this food is excellent, but my puppy seems to be picky - she likes everything sometimes and not others. It’s the same with every food. I try her with it raw sometimes, but mostly she prefers it cooked. I’m trying again with a second order, fingers crossed. Delivery was impressively fast.

I have a very fussy Dachshund when it comes to food, I’ve tried everything going.
But this he actually licks the plate clean.
So very pleased.

All three of my dogs enjoy every flavor of Poppy’s Picnic that they have tried (which is nearly all the adult offerings). They have silky coats and plenty of energy, and seem to be thriving on these meals. Every package has been uniformly sized and top quality.

Lovely quality, superb range. Arrived very promptly even though we aren’t on the mainland and was well packaged. Our mini schnauzer Tilly Scrumptious absolutely adores her Poppy’s Picnic raw food and we’re happy that she’s happy.

My frenchie loves poppys picnic but unfortunately shes started to have a reaction to so much beef. Its annoying all of their meals contain beef even if labelled turkey, lamb and wild boar. I have messaged them and asked if they would consider a beef free meal to which they replied they would not. I know many dogs that and intolerant to beef so its such a shame they wont consider:(

This is a big change for Arnie my cockapoo as he's only ever eaten kibble. To say he LOVES Poppys Picnic is an understatement... we have him jumping and dancing for joy at each meal time. Would highly recommend and so happy we made the switch.

We got a puppy 3 months ago. Thanks to our amazing breeder we've given him Poppy's picnic food. Both he and our 14yr old dog are thriving on it. I can't see us ever changing this food.

My two, Skye and Maisy, love the power balls. In fact, Maisy, a Miniature Schnauzer, wouldn't eat breakfast at all before starting on these.

My Welsh Terrier Rupert loves the lamb and beef raw food from Poppy’s Picnic which he has been on for a couple of years after trying other raw food which didn't suit him. I have had a couple f occasions to contact customer service which cannot be faulted as the response was quick and satisfactory.

“Decided to try my 9 month old Basset puppy on Poppys Picnic. He's such a fussy eater he drives me nuts. Asked for advice from other basset owners and a couple of them suggested Poppys. I had been considering a raw diet and thought I'd give it a go. Well, what can I say, Willoughby absolutely loves it. I've just received my 3rd order and he dives into his bowl with gusto. I love that it's well packaged and arrives frozen, pretty much next day delivery and the paw points help get discounts to try other Poppys products. So far, so good and I hope I've now finally found the long term dietary needs for my puppy. Thanks Poppys 😊 ”

Huey, our 50/50 Shih Tzu x Lhasa Apso is sooooooooooooo fussy with his food.
After discovering Poppy's his food "attitude" has changed. The choice is great. He doesn't have the same dinner every day. I do put biscuits with it, and an occasional bit of cheese and carrot. Woofs it down and is a happy boisterous boy. Thank you.

A hit from day one. Pup loved the food. No transition and no digestive issues. Will be ordering again Jola and Spooky the cockerpoo

Great quality food for picky eater. We have been using meatballs for our fussy pup. They are gently cooked and then served as a topper. Clean plate all the time, happy tail all day. Thank you

My dog food was delivered the very next day and my two young dogs absolutely love it. They have been on it less than a week and already their coats are silky soft and they are so much calmer on walks. Would 100%recommend. My two will definitely not be going back to their old food.
