Treats their employees like dogs. Boycott this firm at all cost!

I believe that POPREAL is a fraudulent website because now i cannont login or request a password change when not too long ago i just had an account. I have screen shots , emails and a order id number THEY should be able to find it in the system!!! I can give them all other information but transaction and invoice due to me never receiving NIETHER ! Now they can't find my order ? SCAM SCAM SCAM FAKE TRACKING NUMBER , NO REAL PAYMENT CONFIRMATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ACT DUMBFOUNDED WHEN YOU REACH OUT TO THEM. IF I COULD GIBE ZERO STARS I WOULD !

Don’t waste your money or time. Once you purchase an item, they will tell you it’s out of stock and they’ll refund you. Long story short: refund never comes!

Never received the item! No money back!

Don't buy from this company! They do not send items and don't pay the money back. They just keep asking stupid things a hundred Times and das after this and that Information i get my money back. After i give them the Information they Start from the beginning!! They are cheater!!!!

I will never order from them again. After I ordered they said I would receive an email with the tracking information so I waited a couple of days no email so I emailed them 2 days later they emailed me the tracking number. For 5 days it said arrived in destination country and for 4 days now it's been saying arrived in my city so how long does it take to get to my address and from the response they give back they always put it on your postal service. I have been waiting almost 4 weeks now. I been ordering online for a very long time now and a lot of my items game from China and never took this long.

Popreal clothes look nothing like the pics in their online shop, instead they are baggy, awful looking, terrible quality, whist the price is the same as well known quality high street brands.
Customer service is even worse. They do not like responding, they don’t give refunds and even if you decide to take the trouble to send those clothes back to Far East, which is not worth the postage anyway, even then a refund is not guaranteed.
I bought 3 pairs of matching dresses, they do not fit to the slightest and I’m now stuck with them.

I ordered in March2019. When I didn't receive in May, I contacted the company. They told me the package was in transit and provided a tracking number. In June, I contacted them again and they told me it had been delivered and to contact my local post office. My post office had no record of the tracking number provided. Contacted company who gave me another tracking number which was also not found by my local post office so I asked for a refund. They told me I would have to wait until they received the items back. Later received an email that my items were returned and that I can reship them for $6. I sent the receipt for the reshipping fee and they told me that it was actually $10...then later said it was actually $12. I refused to send any more money and demanded a refund of my purchase and the money I sent to reship. My order was $118. They told me they could only refund $90...then, that turned into $76. Needless to say that I never received any of the money back. Each time I contact them to follow up, they just apologize and tell me to please wait some more. Given the chain of events, I believe they are not planning to refund my money, but instead continue to give me the run around. I tried to dispute with paypal who rated in their favor because they provided some kind of proof that the item was delivered....LIES!!! I provided paypal with the email where they told me they would process my refund, and now that the dispute is closed, I cannot appeal to send them the email where they told me that they received the items back. I am disappointed with paypal and extremely angered with Popreal. I'm now going through my bank which I hope can help me. Its not fair that they just took my money and are getting away with scamming people!

I placed my order on the 8th february this year for two dresses. One turned up alot longer time than expected later in very poor quality to what i was expecting. The other never showed up.
I chased this up a few times to find out what happened as i had recieved no communication to my shock found out this item is actually out of stock! I had recieved no communication what so ever to inform me of this.
So when i actually recieved a reaponse seen in this email trail, i finally got told i would recieve a refund on the 4th of May. After now chasing this refund numerouse times, with false promises that itll be refunded, nearly 12 weeks later this is now. I still have not recieved my money back for a dress i ordered nearly six months ago.
This is not acceptable and i should not be chasing my own money back for something i havnt received.

I am the mother of Magdalena. Whenever I choose for her shoes and shoes, I care not only that they look beautiful, but that they were solidly made. In the end, they are to help small troublemakers who are not able to sit still. Of course, the comfort and bargain price will go down. All these features have this store. I have been ordering it for several years and it has not happened yet that I was dissatisfied with something. I really recommend it <3

I bought this dress for my daughter for her junior prom. I already read great reviews and my best friend bought her prom dress from this site about 2 years ago and it was beautiful. Needless to say the dress we just ordered was beautiful as well. Exactly like the picture with a few other perks that we didn't know about, like the built in bra. Size was to the 8... fit her perfect just may have to hem it a bit but not a big deal.....I definitely recommend this site......

My little princess saw some beautiful sandals for her feet and immediately bought them.
I liked that the waiting time was about 20 days, very little to have chosen free shipping and the product is the same as the photo; in the size if I disappointed because I chose a number greater than my princess but nothing good templates can not fix

This year my bestfriend give birth to a little princess. I bought from Popreal 2 dresses for her. I never imaginated that exist dresses so tiny. The price was really good and the shipment was about 15 days. Now I am waiting my second order. This time I bought one t-shirt and 1 dress because soon she will be 6 months old. Can not wait to receive the package.

Totally value for money. It was super combination and top quality amazing.

This company is the pits. Their clothes are substandard and the shipping costs are a rip off. They advertised that their clothes are of a high standard - absolute crap. Cheap nasty material typical of these traders. The pictures look good until you actually receive the goods. Blantant rip off merchants and absolute scammers. These people should not be trading and avoid at all costs.

After ordering and not receiving my product, I had to do a bunch of research to make sure POPreal isn't a scam site. I believe the dress would've reached me after a month or two but not in the timely manner that their website suggested. I will never order from them again and I've been spreading the word to all my friends and family and other potential buyers to avoid at all costs!

I placed an order that contained 51 items June 2018. Pop real shipped 6 of the 51 items August 2018. In September I began inquiring about remaining missing items. As of January 9 2019 Popreal has not responded. They sent numerous emails to alert me most items were not in stock but still no refund. I have tried contacting them through my financial institution and they provided tracking information for the 6 items and refused to issue a explanation or refund for over $300 worth of never shipped merchandise. I now have to pursue legal dynamics to get my money.
And of course the computer generated emails from customer service is no help. No one responds to atservice @ popreal and numbers are out of the country so that's a dead end as well.

Do not order from this company! Never received order confirmation and/or receipt. Took a month to receive order. When I finally received it the order was incorrect. The matching father-son shirts were the wrong color. And I ordered a shirt for my toddler that said "did we just become best friends" and a onsie that read "yep" as a response, but I received two onsies that read "yep". After several days of back and forth emailing to resolve the issue, they're response was to return or exchange the items to their hong kong warehouse where I'd have to pay for all shipping cost. Since shipping would be so expensive they suggested I regift the item to someone that it would fit and that they would offer me a $6 credit towards my next purchase from this $85 order. Not worth the hassle!
