I sent all the way from the UK for a gorgeous pink and cream skirt. Not knowing the site and too much about the sizing I ordered a large, just to be sure. The skirt has arrived today and it is SO SMALL that I can barely get it past my knees. Is POP Rose a site for children's clothes? No, it won't even fit my 11 year old niece! Must be for dolls. No return label or customer service info.It will be too expensive to send it back from England. What a con! Don't use this site, unless you are about the same size as a Barbie doll!

I was trying to return a dress, unfortunately the cost of shipping was 3x the price of the dress. They have given me 3 options 1.) was 10% refund on my visa, 2.) 40% of store credits or 3.) 100% store credits. In the end I chose 100%. They gave me 40% of store credits. The store should honestly state they don’t do refunds. It is a scam!!!
