Honestly, really great quality bags. I got the green hac a dos pm inspired bag and I love it. Hardware feels nice and heavy and the leather is so buttery.

I really love the quality and the process of hand stitching my own bags. The kits are wonderful. The tutorials are also great but I suggest watching the videos a few times before starting. The results will amaze you and you will want to get another one. Quality is great. 100% recommend.

This is my first time ordering from popsewing and it has been a wonderful experience. Customer support was very responsive and helpful. The package was delivered with everything included except the glue which I had to get separate. The bag has been such a fun experience to make and I look forward to ordering more in the future. The bag charms are a great quality, and being able to have them made for you is a great option. I would love to see the option to have the option to choose a hanging bag charm without the key chain.

I’m a very apprehensive buyer online. I’ve been screwed over countless times with online shopping. Receiving deceiving or low quality items and then dealing with an incompetent customer service system. I did what research I could about popsewing and decided to take the risk for a DIY bag kit for a bag that I HAD to have and couldn’t find anywhere else.
I am so incredibly happy I did! The DIY kit came with everything you needed (except a lighter and glue which couldn’t be shipped internationally) plus a video tutorial that was easy to follow even for my first time. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of the leather and the pieces I was sent and now that this bag is finished it is absolutely my favorite! I get compliments on it constantly and it makes it even more special because I had a hand in putting it together!
Customer service was also so helpful and responsive when I lost my tracking number and panicked a little bit. I will definitely be purchasing another DIY kit soon

I have placed one order with Popsewing and plan to place another soon. I ordered an advanced kit that was made to order with a custom color. Customer Service reached out to me about my request and was very responsive, sending photos of leather swatches and answering questions quickly. They are very upfront about shipping and production times, but it does take a couple of weeks as they are ship from China. For those in the US, tariffs were included in the price and I wasn't charged any additional fees when my package was delivered.

I have purchased several kits and I enjoy making the bags so much. I must say that the customer service is excellent.

Thank you so much for the beautiful bag. At first, I was a little unhappy with the rouge-colored bag because the color was slightly coming off. However, the team was incredibly kind and sent me a replacement bag. I have honestly never experienced customer service like this before! They responded immediately and really tried to understand my complaint.

The new bag now meets all my expectations. It is very well made and the leather is extremely soft. Thank you very much! This will definitely not be my last order. :)

I purchased the Stitch keychain kit. The first video that was sent to me after I purchased the kit was awful. It wasn’t very informative. I was sent a link to a newer video but that wasn’t much better. There’s barely enough thread and the holes you sew through are extremely hard to find.

I have ordered 2 bags from this company so far, and no issues. Super happy with my purchases, high quality inspired designer bags, but zero logo or brand name so not fake or counterfeit hence legal. They are also not a 1-1 copy either. Some minor differences from the original design, especially in terms of measurements.

I was skeptical at 1st, so I read all the reviews on the bag I wanted. It did have 3-4 negative reviews which was either in regards to shipping time, or that the biggest bag (40cm) came with indents, which is probably due to the excess fabric because of its bigger size. Why I went with the 35 cm instead.

From ordering it took about 2 weeks to get to me in Norway from China. Ordered on the 28th of January, delivered to my doorstep yesterday on the 10th of February.

I got both on sale, and I love how taxes are included so no nasty surprise when the bags enter the country like import and custom fees.

The bags themselves are neatly made, with high quality top grain leather, average quality hardware, and well done saddle stitching. No loose, faulty stitching or glue stains nor heavy chemical smell. Just the smell of leather.

They also took great care with the packaging, as it comes fully protected in a cardboard box with plastic wrapping, which I truly appreciate. None of my bags came with indents from being shipped a long way. The bags are not loose inside the box either, but put in a box that fits that exact bag in terms of measurements with a dust bag, and then wrapping around that one in cardboard.

I’m already thinking of ordering a 3rd one and again they have a sale! Love this shop! Tho shipping takes time, btw I didn’t choose express shipping, they don’t use USP, DHL, or Fedex which just steals your money. So I rather be patient and wait 2 weeks, than have it quickly, but with extra shipping and handling fees from these courier companies.

Love Made In China, as they can make luxury goods as well as cheap ones!

P.S. I got very skeptical in terms of wether the leather used was genuine or not due to the affordable price point and that they are often on sale, off the bat it did smell like leather, tho soft it did have a coated feel to it, and not as soft as real leather. No veining and it looked too symmetrical if compared to real Top Grain leather. Did the burning test with a lighter as you do receive a leather patch with each order of the same leather and color of the bag you ordered, so took a lighter and burnt away. If fake it would have melted or made a hole. It didn’t. I burnt the edges and the leather surface it self. It only got darker, dry and burnt edges. So real genuine leather. Tho I still suspect they use some kind of coating. Regardless I still love my bags and I would order again in a heartbeat!

I received my first Popsewing project as a Christmas gift. I love it! It took me a minute to find the video to be able to put the purse together but now, after two more projects, I am wiser! I love this service, the purse and bags are excellent quality, but what I enjoy the most is making them! You have a fan and customer for life!

I love my bag. Even the unboxing experience was wonderful. My bag arrived after a few weeks. It’s exactly how it looked on the site. I just ordered two more!
