I gave one star because I couldn’t give zero. Purchased through the .co.uk website, it came unstuck and was lost within 2 weeks. Customer service demand a photo of the item before they’ll issue a one time replacement. How can I do that when the thing came unstuck and was lost?
Totally rubbish, expensive product and useless, unhelpful customer service.

I listed a call of duty special edition game on eBay, which came with lots of bits (jigsaw, mystery box, poster etc etc) and also a CoD popsocket. Someone bought it and after I posted it, popsocket reported my item as counterfeit (ridiculous!) and now the buyer cannot track the item and the record has been deleted from eBay effectively leaving the item in limbo. Disgraceful practices!

I have tried to order a create-your-own option twice now and had my request rejected both times saying copyright issues but I took and own the photos. The second order was cancelled 5 days after ordering and after numerous attempts at contact by me querying dispatch dates. Absolutely rubbish customer contact and service.

Fraud company. You order the product which you never receive. After nearly 2 weeks waiting i sent email no answer. Infound that they did not really have a FB page but an intagram. I wrote a bad review message at one of their photos about not honoring orders and just stealing people money. They have deleted the comment and wrote to me in private to send email to their customer service email ( which i did before as well). None the less i was impressed i got an answrr. I sent email again and waited . So far has been going on 2 months no anser, no package of course. Wrote them again in private but they never bothered to read the answer. So i wrote a review again and wrotr it on numerous of their photos on instagram. So now i am blocked 😊 of course no order came, no answer and of course they kept my money. So yes this is just a modern version of theft. So if you want to have your money stollen they are the right people. Otherwise save your money and time and buy it from a shop or more reliable distributor.

Ordered PopSocket 8 days ago, had email to say it was dispatched. It has not arrived and they are blaming their delivery company and Brexit! Excuses of course, Brexit hasn’t happened yet so there cannot be a border problem it’s the Companies useful performance

Popsocket is a genius little thing!

I like the grip it provides during driving, I can just hold it in between my fingers and use my phone as a navigator. like like like!!!
