As others have said they brand themselves as UK but are in fact based in Poland, so when I expected an average delivery time it was in fact 16 days after purchase.
They sent me the wrong card and are completely ignoring my emails and messages on Facebook messenger to conduct a standard return or refund.
Rubbish business, do not use.

Ordered the card on 11 July 2023 and now 1st August - still no card. Got a reply to my first email reminding me of up to 14 day dispatch time but no reply to my 2nd email saying that we are now over a week past that.
A birthday card missed, money lost and no apology.
I would advise against using this company.

SCAM! DOES NOT WORK! I BOUGHT ONE! IT DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! THERE IS NO QR CODE OR ANYTHING TO SEND PERSON TO LINK.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a card for an anniversary and still not been notified of it being sent yet. No replies to emails. 3 weeks later the card still has not come. Terrible communication. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Late delivery - 2 days late ! Took 7 days from order to delivery. no communication to 3 emails requesting status update. No excuse for bad customer service. Card was expensive - very disappointed.
Used before on few occasions - was ok.
Will not use again.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still not received. They did reply to my first email after I’d waited 2 weeks stating delivery is 5-14 working days but it’s day 14 and no sign. I ordered in plenty of time for my dads birthday in 2 days time but looks like I will have to go shopping now. Not acceptable, whichever country they come from. I bet the good review on here is a made up one. AVOID

I ordered a bundle of cards including engagement card and these still have not arrived 11 days later, come on this is ridiculous... get with the times Pop Up cards, sort out your deliveries as I have had to buy other cards to send in time not to be rude for the engagement. ...and still rudely late

Absolutely appaling these are not in uk as stated !! Claims of next day delivery is a lie AVOID !!!!!!!AT ALL COST !!!!!

Avoid if you are buying for a specific date!!! I believed (stupidly) Popup cards 'UK' meant that if I ordered cards on Feb 21st for a birthday on 10th March there was enough time as they were being sent from within UK. Its now 9th March and I have still not received my cards. Will never buy from them again. UPDATE 12TH MARCH. Still no sign of the cards.

Despite the name it is a Polish company so the claim posted next day is misleading. Delivery times are on a separate page and not referred to when buying. Now claim delays are longer due to duties and package checking. For a birthday card!
