This is our second time using PopupParties. This time was a joint 18th birthday and a 10m dome. Fantastic venue and everyone loved it. The service was ace from the start to finish: and particular thanks to Kristy for sorting everything so efficiently. A number of our friends are going to use them for events and it’s easy to see why.

I hired a 6m disco dome from Pop Up Parties for my sisters home hen on 25th January. It came with lights, speaker and smoke machine. It was an amazing hire and was a hit with everyone! The service and communications throughout were incredible and professional from arrival and putting up to taking down. Highly recommend if you're planning an event at home and need that extra bit of space and atmosphere. It made the hen party extra special. Thank-you!

What an amazing experience for my daughter’s 16th birthday party! Kristy was so helpful and then Curtis came a couple days before the party and set it all up. (All so professional) We hired a 10 by 10 dome with a 6 by 6 square. Looked unreal!!! Feedback was ‘Best Party Ever’

I was slightly concerned having a party in January would be too cold but we had 1 heater and this heated up both tents and it was lovely!

From start to finish the whole process was so seamless! Curtis went over and beyond when he came to set up and the instructions were really straight forward. Everyone at the party fell in love with the dome and the heater was amazing in this January chill- no one felt cold at all!! Would highly recommend this company if you have a party coming up. It’s awesome!!

Highly recommend! The whole team was incredibly helpful. From my first Instagram enquiry, all the way through to collection of the marquee after the event. 30-minutes before the party we had an issue with the power supply, but the team picked up phone immediately and help us rectify the problem in no time. With their help, the party was able to go ahead with no issues. Great customer service and very cool product - would definitely use again!

We hosted a 15 year olds belated new years Eve party in an 8m by 8m pop up inflatable tent. The tent was great, it comes with a solid flooring and we hired the diesel heater as well so even though it was -2 degrees outside it was lovely and warm in the tent, the light up cube tables were great too.

Highly recommend the team at Pop Up Parties. Very easy to coordinate with. Team on the day were excellent and explained everything in detail. The Igloo and all the furniture worked perfectly and looked amazing on the day. The team cleared away everything as if it had never been there. Cannot fault them. Would definitely use them again.

We used Pop Up Parties for our NYE party. It was an extra room that the children could use, and was secured in our back garden. The large speaker and smoke machine was nice for the karaoke part of the night. The area was large enough for our guests to bring in NYE that was warm and inviting.

I can’t recommend Pop Up Parties enough! When thinking about how I could organise a joint NYE party and 40th birthday celebration, I enquired and Hannah was so incredibly helpful. Providing so much information to ensure we could make it work for us and garden space.
When the dome arrived, the set up was so incredibly smooth, the same with all the equipment inside. The lights and speaker were awesome. The dome and party atmosphere really came into its own once it was dark! Really was everything I wished for and everyone absolutely loved dancing the night away in the disco dome!!

From start to finish my experience of Pop Up Parties was exceptional. My first point of contact was Kristy, she was very good at communication replying to every piece of correspondence in a very timely manner, usually straight away. Warm, enthusiastic and with a genuine desire to make my son's New Year's Eve party the very best it could be. The guys who set up our 8 meter dome party tent were warm, friendly, chatty and explained very clearly how everything worked, and in fact the dome is a piece of cake to operate. In the event the party was a knock out and one that will live on in the memory of my son, his friends, and myself. So great to see my son and his friends have such a good time!

Popupparties have been brilliant, so friendly and helpful. We had an igloo marquee for our daughter’s 18th birthday party, and all of our guests loved it. Booking and installation was all very easy. The lights, bar, dance floor and dj booth made it extra special and the heater meant it was warm even in December. Thank you for making our party one to remember.

We wanted Christmas with a difference this year and thought what better than eating lunch in an igloo! Pop Up Parties made this happen.
Kristy was kind and helpful providing all the information I needed. She replied promptly to my text messages and emails, answered all my extra questions and made me feel confident that all would go to plan.
Curtis and Luke arrived on time to set up the igloo. They were friendly, professional and explained clearly all we needed to know.
Christmas Day arrived and all the family were surprised, amazed and delighted to find a huge igloo in the garden! It was such a fun atmosphere.
We had our Christmas dinner then as it got darker we cleared the tables away, put on the amazing lights for party time.
I thoroughly recommend Pop Up Parties to make your occasion extra special.

Fantastic inflatable cube ! All our guests commented how they’d never seen a venue quite like it before . Kristy was fantastic from beginning to end - very responsive no matter what time of day or night . Excellent customer service throughout . Curtis was extremely efficient/ polite / friendly throughout the whole install / collection process . The cube is noisy with the machinery required to keep inflated/ heated however once people arrive and music is on it’s less noticeable. Would definitely recommend this company and the product - overall very happy indeed .

Our customers had a really good experience in the Dome. There were issues beyond Popup Parties control but these were rectified eventually. Overall because our guests were happy we were happy.

The personnel were great, and the communication was positive. The dome itself was lovely, and the set-up fit for purpose. The smoke machine was not used as it only dispels smoke for a few seconds when pressed; someone must be available to press to get it. The 360 was not used as it was installed without a power bank to light up the light ring. Consequently, it was a waste of money and space and had to be removed from the dome. Unfortunately, we were told we should have used it without the ring lighter on. This aspect of the service was unsatisfactory. Overall, I will use it again, but maybe without some of these optional extras.

The set up was good and efficient.
We had one of the smaller pop up tents. The floor was still quite dirty so we had to re clean it again before the party. The kids loved it. They loved the rays of lights and dancing.

We hired the 8m inflatable igloo for ours son’s 18th party. It was a brilliant party venue. It looked impressive too. The service was exceptional. We would fully recommend.

Fab event tent for a 50th birthday party. 6x6m igloo which fitted 25 people inside perfectly. Speaker, smoke machine and lights all worked well and a great evening for our guests.
Communication was great from the company from booking to installation of the tent and dismantling afterwards. Quick smooth process. Would use again and have recommended to neighbours !
