I had a wonderful experience with this store! My original order was lost during shipping, but their customer service was amazing. They responded quickly and offered to replace my swimsuits with no hassle at all. It’s hard to find businesses that truly care about their customers, and they went above and beyond to make things right. I really appreciate how easy they made the whole situation. I would definitely order from them again and highly recommend this store!

Love the material and the quality. Unfortunately I did not get the right size as when it comes to the top so I contacted customer service to see if I can get an exchange. currently waiting, but excited to get a piece that fits correctly and try it on for this summer.

Vibrant, great quality suits

I ordered the wrong size bikini top, twice. I emailed customer service and they were wonderful at taking care of my return/exchange! The swim suit I ordered was great quality and the colors were so vibrant! I will definitely be ordering from Popvil again and recommending them to others!

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, received a shipment confirmation but unable to track my package. Very frustrated that I have emailed them twice with no response.

I ordered 2 swimsuits and ordered a size up. They are both too big. I Love the bright colors and material is so nice. Customer support was great at getting me smaller sizes.

My swimsuit arrived quickly and it is absolutely beautiful! Very well made and looks exactly like it does in the photos. I recommend sizing up if you are a long torso. I normally wear a small, but need to exchange for a medium.

Fab swimsuits! Wanted a bright suit for the pool and the bikini absolutely delivered! The bottom was a little small for me but the customer service response time was very quick. Will order again!

I purchased 2 swimsuits and they were exactly as pictured. They’re soft and comfortable. Very nice bright colors, just like in the pictures. The bottoms run small though. Customer service was excellent and exchanges to items for me with no hassle. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

If you receive a suit that doesn’t fit, they will refund approximately half of the purchase price and charge you $7.99 to ship it back. The same goes for an exchange.

These suits sell on Amazon. If you can’t live without one, protect yourself from shady business practices and order through Amazon vs their direct site.

Don’t write a review you are being paid for. It makes reviews useless for all of us.

Customer service very helpful

I am leaving 5 stars for the customer support. I ordered a 3piece set and the bottoms were too big. Customer suppression responded quickly and offered to ship me a new size for FREE! Can’t beat that! And the swimming suit is Fabulous! Great fit and bright colors.
