Disappointing experience with Porta – no resolution after months of waiting
Our experience with Porta has unfortunately been extremely disappointing. We placed an order on January 16, 2025, but to this day, we have not been able to use the goods due to a defective part. Despite repeated contact and promises of repair, no concrete solution has ever been provided.
Over the course of several months, we received nothing but updates about delays and supply chain issues with their supplier. Eventually, we lost all trust in Porta. Neither Porta nor their supplier has shown any real accountability or customer care.
In short: a frustrating and exhausting experience. We cannot recommend Porta.
