SCAM!!

SCAM!!! FRAUD!!! Buyer beware. Ordered in January 2023 and contacted them in February as it had not shipped. They gave a response saying it would ship within 6-8 weeks. It still has not shipped. I want a refund. I will be reporting to the credit card company of this fraud. I'm also going to join the lawsuit against this company for being a scam.

Edited to add: I see your response but if you have been paid for a product then you should ship it out. It's a SCAM to take money and not provide the product.

This is a scam.

This is a scam.
Bought on August 2022, sent refund form on November 17th 2022, and I still received nothing.
I reached out to a justice conciliator but it didn't lead to anything, they just repeat the same answers over and over.
This company is a complete fraud, what a disgrace.
Filing a law suit currently. I want my money back with interests.

Do not order from this company

Can't leave a zero star.
Told the same stock excuses... "Not a scam", "Won't take your money forever", "Your refund is in process"...
I ordered in May 2022, no delivery, refund requested in August 2022, no refund.
If I order today apparently the delivery time is just 6-8 weeks.
Will be following the advice of the other reviews and checking out that Reddit lawsuit this morning.

6 months later and I am still waiting for my…

6 months and I am still waiting for my refund.
I ordered my slide to take travelling with me as I needed it for work. I ordered it with 6 weeks to spare, nowhere on the website was a timeframe referred to. Confirmation email sent with a 12 week lead time, that didn’t work for me. So refund was requested… this was in September 2022.
Yes I am still chasing, and today received an email stating “we are not a scam and we do not steal your money”
But you have in fact stolen my money.

Am 11.12.2022 also kurz vor Weihnachten einen Slide bestellt und sofort per Kreditkarte bezahlt.

Wie andere auch schon geschrieben haben, danach nur noch Support Antwort-Mails mit "wir haben Lieferschwierigkeiten", "brauchen noch ca. 6-8 Wochen", "haben Sie noch Geduld, die nächste Lieferung ist unterwegs" usw. usw. usw.
Jetzt 18.04.2023, also nach gut 4 Monaten (129 Tage nach meiner Bestellung) geht´s so weiter und jetzt renne ich meinem Geld hinterher.

Ich habe die Bestellung Ende März storniert und die Rückzahlung eingefordert, jetzt gut 3 Wochen später habe ich immer noch kein Geld zurück bekommen.

Kauft dort nichts, Ihr werdet euch ärgern und verliert am Ende noch eurer hart verdientes oder gespartes Geld.

Was für ein Saftladen, ich kann die Mails von Micel, Jack, Archi, Mib, VIP-Support, Custom Support usw. nicht mehr ertragen, hinter allem steht nur ABZOCKE und wahrscheinlich eine KI die die Hinhalte-E-Mails schreibt da alle ziemlich gleich klingen.

This is Mib from the Customer Support Team at Portabl, I completely understand your frustration, you've been waiting a long time for your Slide, i bet that you really need it, and personally i would like to apologize for all of this inconvenience in the whole purchase process, but also appreciate your patience and for sticking with your order for so long, So here's the situation.

When we started with this new idea to provide 2 screens with the use of a single USB. As we explore this technology, there are challenges and problems that we have overcome that evolve our Slide device.
One problem is entailed to a new problem and one solution is entailed to another problem. This is how complicated the device is. On top of that, the parts of our technology are not readily available, unlike other devices. This is why we also have to make a custom arrangement with the big manufacturer of the parts that we need for assembly. This custom arrangement is also requiring us a minimum purchase which is also difficult for a start-up business like us.

We sincerely apologize again if your ordering experience is not the best one. But, we have resolved the complicated matter and we have done the impossible.

Therefore, our production has officially started. We are releasing a thousand units per batch. Then we will gradually increase the production as the week goes by.

I was scammed like everyone else. I ordered in May 2022. Guess what? They keep saying the order was delayed by a few weeks. I asked for a refund and nothing. It is incredible how they can keep selling something that does not exist. There is now a lawsuit being developed (go on reddit) so I think everyone should join the cause

Ordered in June 2022. Two spin emails were received after I asked what was going on, one in August and the other in December, but nothing since. How can this still be actively selling something that clearly doesn't exist?

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered last year, they keep telling me a few weeks ... few weeks EVERY time I inquired. No action. They are saying production is challenging... when I asked for escalation LITERALLY a Portabl employee said they didn't have contact information for management. WHAT?! Wonder if this is a scam at this point. I was so excited for this product, but my experience has turned my opinion inside out. Unbelievable....

SCAM-BEWARE PORTABL CRAP

Wish I could leave 0 stars. I purchased a year ago and excuse after excuse. This is a scam and if you go to reddit you can get information to be part of the class action lawsuit against these complete losers. I have screenshot after screenshot in my original receipt that I've turned into this law firm already they can save these template responses they're putting on here because it's just words.We will all get our money back and then some for this horrible scam.

What a bunch of garbage

I was one of the pepole who paid for a "LeSlide" back in 2019, and then waited nearly five years for these fools to deliver a product, as they blamed the pandemic repeatedly for not delivering a product.

Now, after years of emailing them and telling them I want my money back, it's clear that they won't be giving anyone any money back, their product was vapor to start with, and they don't have anything to deliver. Oh, but, they changed their name! Wow, way to go, guys.

This is one of the biggest failures of a tech company I've ever seen. I'd say we should all join a class-action lawsuit against them, but that's probably not possible.

I also bought a Portabl monitor june 2022 and received nothing. Now I see that the Portabl monitor can be bought at different websites for €99. Advertisement are on Facebook. How is this possible?

No product no refund

Sorry to say that i can see I'm not the only one in this sorry Portabl boat. I ordered and paid the price in July of 2022, chased the "when will get my order" then moved on to "Cancel my order and send my refund please" phase in December 22. Its now April 2023 and still no refund. Support has the same responses, has stated that they have "set you on the high-priority list of refund requests ". I'm losing hope that I'll ever see the money back.

Do not purchase! No item & No refund

Do not purchase you will not get the item or your money back. It’s a scam!!! I have been waiting for my refund for over a month and still waiting. Do not buy. It’s been over a month and no refund on my credit card. They claimed they have refunded my bank but they lie. I purchased with my credit card and said I wanted my refund on my credit card. Filed fraud with my credit card company. This was the only way I received my credit back on my credit card. They have not responded to the dispute charges either. I believe it’s a scam!! I am posting my review to warn others. I wish I had saw the reviews before I was scammed.

guys be aware of this SCAM

guys be aware of this SCAM, I promise you they are liars and scams. I've been emailing them daily to get a REFUND after placing my order back in November 2022. To this date, they haven't refunded my money. their CEO is a big scammer. they changed their company names more than once. they used to be called slides, and slidenjoy. they've been scamming people since 2015! imagine that.

I will make sure to sue their ass, especially their garbage CEO Lurent Wery. I've been in talks with a bunch of lawyers trying to get class-action lawsuit started. if you or someone you know hasn't received their REFUND please reach out.

I promise I will make a class action lawsuit against them and make their garbage CEO pay for what he has been doing since 2015. YES, IM THAT PETTY over 509 euro

They have been making excuses on how small their sh!tty team is and how it will take a while to process the refund (It has been 4 months already lol) and how hard it is since COVID! lol. they are a bunch of scam id!ots.
