Made an agreement with the company to pay their credit card charges for the reversals of the other purchases that their system charged and to accept one shipment only. This business is a joke, completely ignorant.
They pulled a fast one on me and sent me a different panel than the others. Tried to work it out with the business, but they refused to do so.
This is the problem with American Businesses like this one: they can't admit when they make a mistake. I even reasoned and asked for them to refund just half of the panel. They stated, "Oh, we already gave you a discount...." The discount that was given is for everyone who uses a promo code, which is a joke of a business.
Let me put this in perspective for you: if your shipping department actually called me and told me that you were out of the exact model of panels I ordered, there would have been no problem.
