3 No. toilets hired for Sanderstead Community Day 2024, driver kept us informed of arrival and pickup times and was in good time both ends of the day. Always helpful and friendly and units were in good order and installed where requested. Good value for money and used on a repeated basis for this event.

We currently have an excellent team of service drivers who do their job well. We were on site on 4th September and could not get access due to the site being closed, but you already know this because you have been sent the pictures and CCTV footage. Our driver spent a total of 7 minutes outside a site that was shut. In order for us to service the toilet regularly we need access and despite your claims, the fact of the matter is if the site is shut and not accessible, we cannot service the toilet.

Very happy with the service and quality from PTH. They've provided portaloos to my venue all summer and they've been great to deal with. They even tried to help reduce costs be delivering and collecting on weekdays. The staff have been friendly and professional and i will be using them again in the future.

Great service
We have used Portable Toilet Hire for an annual family BBQ party for the last three years. They have always delivered on time, and the toilets are spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Would highly recommend.

Straightforward portaloo rental
This company was recommended to me by my builder and getting everything arranged was very easy over the phone and email. The man who came to cleans it every week was reliable and friendly. Delivery and collection of the portaloo was easy to arrange and went without any hitches, locating it where requested in the front garden. Highly recommended.

Great service overall
Great service overall, just a little confusion over the invoicing and how much money was still left in the account to be refunded. Had to do a bit of old fashioned debits and credits book-keeping and get a refund for the balance on account.
