Terrible product.. unsafe tips over as too top heavy... needs further work on wood to make safe remove shavings and splinters. Desperate to return and get refund but cannot hold of anybody.

Quick delivery decent price easy to assemble

Ordered the bar with an expected 7-12 days delivery. After 14 days I messaged them to check on progress and did not receive a response. I wouldn't have minded waiting had they communicated with me but emails and communication via their website were ignored and there was no phone number. In the end I opened a PayPal dispute and got my money back. Do yourself a favour and don't bother. Would 0/5 if I could

Really like our very rustic bar. It is a little unsteady and may have to put some weight inside it to stop someone leaning on it and knocking it over.

After 12 days of no delivery I emailed a number of times and had no reply. Then they finally got back to me days later saying it was on the way it still took over and week to come. No response again to my emails. Very poor service. The bar needs a sand down it has given us splinters and
It was had to put together even with a screw driver. Never ordering from here again

Seriously the most frustrating company to ever deal with. No bar after expected delivery time. Useless communication. Now stalling by saying courier didn’t collect! Have started a charge back on my bank. If not despatched tomorrow : Friday Please issue me with full refund. Such a scam of an organisation. I really don’t see what is so difficult ! Just reply consistently to your customers and don’t mess them around or you will continue to get poor ratings !!!!

Great bar, good clear instructions and easy to put together. Would recommend for your mancave.

No communication whatsoever- product has now arrived to be assembled. Very cheap material screws not correctly aligned. Would not buy from this company again.

I ordered a bar 9th August estimated delivery on 7 to 12 working days delivery. We are now in September and I have no confirmation on delivery despite emailing the company on numerous occasions. I have requested a refund but no response from the company appalling customer service.

Late delivery - too late for the occasion I wanted it for,

Repeated telephone calls were never answered

It's been nearly a month and have not received my order. Have messaged Porters bar for an update and have been ignored. Do not trust them at all.

No communication was a problem...did arrive earlier then eveyone was saying...bar poor finish sapwood for top not great..and very top heavy so need either to make a bigger base or fixings to screw to floor.....did like parts all wrapped and labeled...but some pictures needed a bit more closer areas if person making it has no idea on furniture...but overall was ok.

Received the bar within 3 weeks of ordering which I was not expecting having read other reviews (after placing the order).

Happy with product, relatively straightforward to assemble although instructions could have been a little clearer. What I am unhappy about is the lack of communication, hence the 3 stars. I sent numerous emails asking for an update which were not responded to…appalling customer service. I accept you are probably busy making orders so perhaps consider a dedicated person to monitor your inbox? I suspect your poor reviews are putting people off ordering and you are doing yourselves no favours by leaving customers in the dark between order, dispatch and delivery against a backdrop of abysmal reviews.

Ordered a bar over 2 weeks ago, 7-12 days delivery still no communication. I have send numerous emails, chat messages and no response! If I could cancel this order I would. I needed this bar for this weekend and looks like I won’t get it going by the reviews. Now I’m in a position where I have paid for the bar but don’t know if and when I will receive it. In the mean time I really need a bar but can’t buy another.

Shocking company can't believe they are still active!
Ordered a bar the last week in June, to this date still not received it I have lost count of how many emails, Facebook messenger messages I can count on one hand the responses I have had back, their live chat on their website states immediate response haha thats just a joke no response. Stated that UPS did not receive the product again I think that's just made up! Finally got somewhere last week where they refunded 10% to me and advised they will send the bar out on the weekend that was to keep me sweet, nothing again a week on and no communication. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I Will not be using them again I will see that no one I know uses them and I will be contacting trading standards. Absolute shambles of a company
