Guarantee: All completed internal projects also come with a 3 year warranty and subject to the external conditions, we may be able to provide a warranty for render works but this is at our discretion as we are unable to guarantee external factors. The internal warranty covers all reasonable making good works that may arise a result of our workmanship. A certificate of warranty can be provided upon request. Minimum Project Requirements & No Show Visit Terms: Due to the increasing costs of labour and materials, we operate a minimum of £230.00 for all jobs. In addition if we book a free viewing and upon arrival there is no one there (we will always contact you before), we will send a £40.00 no show invoice to cover our time and fuel costs. Viewings are entirely complimentary but all we ask is that if something changes or you have to re-schedule that you let us know. Deposit & Payment Terms: We will require upon confirmation to accept the project a small deposit that is non-refundable - this will be followed upon request by a formal note of receipt in PDF and on our letter headed paper. We request a deposit in order to pre-order materials and confirm in the booking. After a deposit has been received your project will be confirmed and booked in - payment will be due upon completion of the project.
