Great experience purchasing a Tumi backpack at a great price and with free two-day shipping!

I did not realize this was an online business and ended up visiting the warehouse/showroom. Thanks e receptionist who greeted me was extremely professional and helpful. Potmantos was a great avenue to purchase my luggage. What I found amazing was that my luggage came in less than 2 days!

I ordered a Tumi Just-in-case Tote bag. Portmantos had the best price and it provided free 3-day fast shipping. However, it was shipped in a box too small that the tote arrived very wrinkled. I had the same bag bought elsewhere and it is not wrinkled at all. I suggest Portmantos be more careful with their packaging.
