If you like being yelled at and treated…

If you like being yelled at and treated as a first grader, maybe you will like it. Have to get permission for everything. Can't have food in your room and everyone steals your food out of your cubby. Their food is terrible and if it's not eaten, they will set it out the next day. It is a frozen boxed tray with usually chicken and a vegetable. Very poor food especially for your sodium kevel. And don't try to bring food in from fast food restaurant. It's not allowed. Good luck trying to get any food in the 2 fridges. The laundry washing machine door is broken and held together with tape. No paper towels or napkins. Toilet paper sparse. No dishwashing liquid. Toasters are broken and microwaves have never been cleaned. If you wipe the kitchen counter top, your white rag will be black. This is supposed to prepare you for entering back into the community. This is a step back. I would have been better off staying at the camp. This place is depressing and causes stress and anxiety. This place sets up many to fail instead of support. There is no inside programming. You are only allowed to leave if you have medical or employment. You can ask to go once a week to purchase hygiene items. To treat us more like childten, one of the staff likes to show off her power. She will turn off the Internet for no reason. Then you can't watch TV for those of us stuck here with nothing to do. Jigsaw puzzles or playing chess is frowned upon by case managers and Ms. Beezer. A girl is pregnant by another in the facility and other couples, sex offenders, and transgenders . This is meant for Port of Hope in Boise Idaho.
