Very nice service at low price
Very nice service at low price. We parked our car for a 2 day trip to Malta. This includes a perfect transfer service to and from the ferry. Highly recommended.

Return shuttle too late.
The car was safe. The transfer TO the ferry was good but when I returned the shuttle was not there. I had to walk in the rain then carry a heavy suitcase up stairs because the shuttle had not even left the parking area yet.

It was easy and straightforward to make the booking, which was excellent. However, I found there to be some delay in the processing of the booking and issuing of the booking voucher and had to email about that. On the very positive side, I got a rapid response to my email, and appropriate action was taken to issue my voucher promptly.

The staff were cordial
The staff were cordial, fast and efficient. On our return, the shuttle was waiting for us at the port as promised. We will use them again!
