Good experience

Easy to order,fast processing and opening hours perfect for pickup.
Was easy to navigate on the website.You have a lot of possibility to check part's details. Very soon after the order complete,i received a email with confirmation of possibility to pick up from location what I chose. Because of my work schedule i was happy to find a opening program extended till 18.00 .

I wanted to order a car battery and 21% was included and added AGAIN

I wanted to order a car battery, price listed including 21% vat, then after adding transportation charges, price suddenly changes from incl vat to excluding vat and suddenly again (cause like I indicated it was already included) vat was added. I send them a message by email that ACM gives a high financial punishment cause the government doesn’t tolerate such jokes. I expect Porza will state ‘sorry this was a software glitch’ however it doesn’t work that way you need to check and double check.

The best in the area of Eindhoven and probably in the whole of NL

They are the cheapest in the area of Eindhoven, at least when it comes to oils/additives (Liqui Moly products) and car batteries. They deliver very fast to the local shop (probably within the same day).

I have bought from them several times and I will keep preferring them for parts/consumables I need for my car.

Better buy from them than shops like Autodoc.
