Absolutely dreadful customer service…

Absolutely dreadful customer service experience. No customer support number and a chat features which seems to have nobody at the other end.

Wanted to return an item because of the misleading item description yet it is almost impossible it seems to speak to a representative.

Sent several emails asking for help but all been ignored.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Hi Nick,

Thanks for your review and feedback. We can only apologise that you have not received either of our email responses. Neither of your two emails have been ignored, first response was on the 13/8/21 at 16.30 and the second response to your follow up email yesterday at 17.19. Both of our responses, asked you to just return the item to us and as long as it meets our returns policy then a refund will be processed.

There is a return slip inside each product that we send and we do have a returns policy page on our website that too. Yesterday, we urged you to check your spam and junk folder to see our original email from Friday. If we could share images on here, then we would screenshot these as proof, that our customer service is not dreadful.

The live chat app which is supplied by Ping and Messenger via Shopify has been disconnected recently by the providers and merged to a new ShopifyInbox solution of which we are in the process of switching over to. As a result we have had an influx of enquiries via email instead, which is not as instant for our customers but all enquiries have still been dealt with on the same day.

One of our team members will call you today to discuss further, if you do not manage to respond to our original email.

A swift delivery of my Swifty Fitness balance board….

I ordered a Swifty Fitness balance board and cork roller which was in stock and available for despatch. The order came through very quickly and was very well packaged. I am very happy with the service I received. As a result I was able to start working out quicker than if I had ordered from Swifty Fitness directly. I would definitely recommend Posefit.

(If I had ordered the products direct from Swifty Fitness I would’ve had to wait at least 7 days for the products to be manufactured to order.)

Posefit earphones

Excellent gadget. Only earphones I’ve been able to keep in place for listening to music and radio while gardening. Very comfortable and brilliant sound quality.

The goods arrived in good time and in…

The goods arrived in good time and in excellent condition. My only gripe is that they didn’t send me a confirmation of purchase email or an expected delivery date which caused a bit of anxiety because it made me worry if I’d actually purchased anything legitimately or not.

Excellent fast delivery as promised

Excellent fast delivery as promised, very well packaged. If you want advice on which scooter will suit your needs give these guys a call. This is my review on the Swifty Zero MK2 they supplied.
