The very first time we used this printer, the tape jammed and we couldn’t open the machine to unjam the tape. That is the reason for the 3 stars. We were going to send it back but one of our staff was finally able to open the machine and unjam the tape. To be honest, we haven’t used the printer since that first time, (our old printer decided to work again), so we don’t know if the printer is a good one or not.

Don't know why but it takes a few seconds to print after sending over the receipt. Other than that it's perfect.

Great printer, hardly ever any issues. These printer will last for YEARS.
Not good at all
The unit is very light compared to our older Epson TM-20II and seems more adapted to wall mounting than counter top. Does not have foot pads on the bottom rear of the machine and sits on the plastic case. Software is also a bit cumbersome.
