I had a problem with an item which I was really unhappy about, but customer service went above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction. When I reported that I didn't receive my refund because something went wrong with the transaction, they looked into it and made sure that the refund got to me in the end.
Customer service was always cordial and made me feel like they cared about making things right.

The gift included a card, I've asked if there could be a note write on the card as the item was sent straight to the gift recipient. There was no note attached, the recipient didn't know who send this gift for them. It was additionally confusing that it arrived in the Amazon box.
