I had a very bad experience with this company. I had a flood in my house. They came to re grout the granite kitchen floor - not a difficult job compared to the jobs they show on their website. I had to have them back 3 times to do the job properly. Within a few months the grout was coming out. Angelo the guy who runs the place was very unpleasant from the outset as soon as he had the deposit money. Their fees were astronomical and when I questioned an invoice he was aggressive. The job was not done properly and even the guy who did it agreed there was a problem with the grout as it would not stay put. Angelo tried to blame it on our house ‘moving’ . We’d finished an extension the year before and had put so much steal in that it would take a massive earthquake to make the house move enough to dis-lodge grout.
