Quality plant pot

I ordered a beautiful 50cm plant pot which was out of stock with many other vendors. Ordering was easy, great price and free delivery. What was not so good was the lack of communication afterwards. I heard nothing until I raised a query and was emailed it would be 7 to 10 working days direct from the supplier. No further communication until an email to say my delivery would be the next day. Planter did arrive safely two weeks from ordering and I'm very happy with it. Maybe we have been spoiled with constant updates from other companies and Posh Garden Furniture could learn from this.

Failed to deliver

I bought and paid £1800 for a furniture set and agreed a delivery date. Shortly before delivery I saw the money had been refunded to my account with no explanation. After a few initially helpful responses from the company about getting it sorted, they went quiet and stopped responding to messages. Awful customer service.

Good quality and very helpful …

I dealt with a lovely lady called Anna she was friendly and so helpful.
I ordered a parasol which arrived very quickly. The parasol is of high quality. I would definitely recommend this company for service and high quality goods. Regards Mr Rob Harris

Ordered a Skyline sofa set online had…

Ordered a Skyline sofa set online had delivery within a week and half and couldn’t fault the service. Great communication from both Posh Garden Furniture and Skyline would recommend. I can see there has clearly been issues in the past but my experience has been faultless and our sofa set is just perfect.

Do not use this company!

Ordered a garden sculpture that was supposedly ‘in stock’ over a month ago, which of course I haven’t received. Have tried emailing and numerous non-answered phone calls. Will probably try and get my money back via my credit card. Wish I had seen the Trustpilot reviews before I placed my order!

Avoid at all costs

Please do not use this company. I ordered an item on 17th May and never received it. I emailed and called numerous occasions. When I did eventually receive a response, I was lied to about the status of the delivery. I sent further chase emails to which I never received a response. It doesn't take much effort to be honest and to have the courtesy of responding to customers. I now have a refund, which was processed quickly and without inquiry, which speaks volumes. So unless you enjoy wasting your time, I would not recommend using this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Placed a 'pre-order' for a Patio Heater with their Sister company, The BBQ Store based on their web-site stating availability at the end of June. They have taken full payment but are not responding to e-mails or answering the phone. The order appears to be Pending on their Order tracking page therefore full payment should not have been taken until they could honour the delivery. I would not use this company.

Terrible service

Ordered expensive item, having been informed online that it would be delivered in 2-4 days. Now 5 weeks later, still not arrived. Weekly phone calls, which take ages to get through, and reassurances have come to nothing. I should have believed Trustpilot at the outset. Do not buy from this company.

No response to repeated phone calls.....

No response to repeated phone calls and emails regarding products that were delayed. My credit card debited contrary to their site T&Cs. GOing back to credit card provider to raise a claim as this should then blacklist them with the credit card companies. Do not use.

5 months later and still not delivered!

In October last year we ordered a table weather cover, 5 months and numerous failed delivery promises later, we were still waiting! Now we're told they will not be providing it!!!! Unbelievable.
Customer service was appalling.
I will definitely not recommend this supplier.

Update on refund

Update on refund, I can now confirm that the refund has been received but this has taken 4 weeks to arrive and 2 follow up emails but it has now been resolved. Thank you posh⏳

Great service

Was a little concerned regarding the reviews but I have to say I can’t say anything bad ordered a garden dining set was delivered in the date I had specified and great communication with tracking details . Would recommend and will defiantly use again

I orderd a gazebo on the 16th July

I orderd a gazebo on the 16th July - no confirmation of delivery as stated on their website - after many emails I was told it would be delivered on 3/8/18 - well after another 25 emails and many promises of delivery - a week after the first delivery date and a promise of delivery daily since then - I find myself again with no gazebo! I have chased for the last 3 days for a refund - but have not been issued with one!
Please do not order from this company they are a disgraceful and unprofessional bunch of bandits - they don't even give you a contact name and if you try to get through to them by phone they dont answer.
If I could I would not have even given them 1 star!

Incredibly frustrating experience

Incredibly frustrating experience, and a total waste of (lots of my) time.

Three separate no-show deliveries, all blamed on 'problems with couriers' (despite on the third and final failed delivery day, me phoning the couriers directly that were supposedly being used and them confirming they had absolutely no record of a delivery scheduled to our address).

A complete waste of our time, and three separate occasions when we waited in unnecessarily.

Not having any faith that a fourth attempt at delivery would be any different, we cancelled and received an instant refund - thank goodness. I was told that for the inconvenience we would still be sent out a set of covers for the set we ordered (as we said we'd be ordering the same one elsewhere). Low and behold, as suspected, nothing has arrived and that was a month ago. Somehow I knew this would likely be the case...

Use with absolute caution.

Avoid this Company.

Sent an e-mail explaining that the expensive item that I had purchased had not weathered welll ( included photographs etc) and received no reply. I sent the e-mail again but was again ignored.

Rubbish customer service as if you have a post sales issue they are not interested.

Definitely stay clear and spend your money elsewhere.

Don't trust

Don't trust, avoid and go elsewhere. Sent cheap tacky product different to photos. Sent back -at own cost. No reimbursement of courier. No refund of goods. Company owner acted rude and arrogant. Kept our money and his goods so it was actually a bit of a fraud.
