Worst to zero customer service

Worst to zero customer service. You’re lucky if you ever get a response and when you do the responses like they just read something in a foreign language it never makes sense. You go back-and-forth for weeks on end as if you get a chance to do that most likely, they’ll never respond. Nobody cares. Nobody answers and hide behind emails. The supervisor respond. They’re just as bad it all filters down from the top very sad. They just don’t care take your money and good luck, buddy. That’s their attitude.

Impossible to get a refund.

The item I purchased did not give dimensions, and when I looked up the manufacturers dimensions on the same item I purchased from Poshmark. When I received the item, it did not meet the manufacturers dimensions, and Poshmark refused to return the item.

I received an empty package

I received an empty package. The seller (Darielyn Rose Olarve) sent me an empty package that I paid hundreds of dollars. Beware of this person. I will never buy from poshmark ever again as I tried to reach out to them about the issue and they keep coming back with their email telling me to follow these step that I have already done several times and it is very frustrating. On top of that its very infuriating to open a package that is empty making it look like you have receive the items. This is a scam! Who in the world would this to people? Some people are heartless and they deserve to go to hell!

Be careful

Be careful, their return policy is strict. Bought a pair of shoes that are too big but because they were advertised as the “the correct size” I can’t get a refund. Unless you pay a premium to insure the item can be returned your out of luck.Poshmark’s answer : Reposh! Oh what fun

They charged me for promoted closet…

They charged me for promoted closet after I cancelled. The fraudulently charged me and the responses have been absolutely terrible. Just some vague brief response answering no questions. I have been on there for ten years and cannot believe how this issue is being addressed. Probably one of the top worst company customer service offerings available.

Zero customer service,Dishonest sellers with no consecvenses


I purchased a Rocawear jacket from this seller, and it was grossly misrepresented. The item I received was completely unwearable. There were rips everywhere — small tears with feathers coming out, a large visible rip on the sleeve, and the lining was completely torn apart.

The listing description and photos were clearly manipulated to hide these flaws. This was not an oversight — it feels intentional and deceptive.

It’s extremely disappointing that so-called “Posh Ambassadors” are allowed to scam buyers like this, and even worse that Poshmark seems to roll out the red carpet for dishonest sellers instead of protecting customers.

I am done with it!

When grossely missrepresented items are sold as goid and clearly manipulated to hide the flows, poshmark shouldn't have 3 days when they don't even get back before that. They are clearly refussing to help anybody! Buyers beware.

Item never shipped & refund delayed

Item never shipped altho payment cleared bank in 2 days. Seller never responded to messages from me or, I'm told, from admin. Poshmark tells me it may be another month before the credit is applied to my card, making it over 7 weeks since it was charged. This sellar was shown to have 99% positive reviews so obviously there is a disconnect somewhere. My first experience with Poshmark will be my last.

@courtniegalindo Coutnie Galindo completely ripped us off. She listed a thin 60s style house dress as an outerwear coat. It had shape so it seemed like a coat but once it arrived it was obviously a dress. It had no inner lining so you cannot even wear it as a thin coat and remove it from yourself out in public because it will show the inside of the fabric and the surger edges. I showed this to posh in my filing for a return but they reused to allow a return. The site harbors el cheapos trying to sell junk and posh allows them to rip people off. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BUY FROM POSH. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Poshmark has terrible customer service

i ordered a tie on Poshmark. The wrong tie was delivered. They claim I received it on 2/17 but I didn't get it till 2/18 They make you file a report within 72 hours or you won't get a refund or the correct item. I tried to do so but they went ahead on 2/20 and designated the order accepted when it was not. 'll never order anything else on Poshmark.

So this is a website for people to sell…

So this is a website for people to sell their used and abused items for more then they paid for it. From my understanding used items are supposed to be sold for a big discount, unless its a collector item. Used every day things should go dirt cheap. A lot of the things sold here are destined for the trash.

I bought a pair of HOKA walking tennis…

I bought a pair of HOKA walking tennis shoes on this website as a gift for my husband. Upon looking at them, they seemed great. So I boxed them up and wrapped them up. When my husband tried them on and walked in them, it turns out they had tiny, barely visible spikes in the bottom. Nowhere in the description did it state that this tennis shoe had spikes, not was it clearly visibly in the the pictures, unless you knew to look for the spikes. I did a little research and found other sellers, selling this shoe with spike, but they clearly stated in the title in all caps that the shoe has spike and provided close-up pictures of the spikes. This seller did not. They listed it more like the sellers who were selling the normal non-spiked version of the shoe. Five days had passed, which was past the 3 day deadline to ask for a return. I contacted customer service but they treated me like I was in the wrong. This just enables scammers. I now prefer Mercari!

Lied in the description

I ordered a top and when received the description of the length being 31 was not true it was more like 26! Long story short, they didn’t refund my money or wanted me to send it back. They received three pictures from me showing how short the shirt was with measuring tape showing the length was not 31. They just kept asking for more n more n more photos. Then they closed the case saying too late for a return now? This was messed up. I proved they lied but still won’t return my money. NEVER buying anything from them agajn. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Where are details on a listing??

Why, why, why do items NEVER have measurements, descriptions??? Ebay makes sellers describe items down to the smallest details. I get so mad and when I post a comment on an item and don't get a response!!?? you've got about a 50% chance to find out the answer to your question. I avoid this platform, its just to frustrating.

Seller Protection Concerns – A Very Disappointing Experience

I recently had a very disappointing experience as a seller on this platform.

I sold a brand-new dress with the original tags attached. The item was never worn and was carefully inspected before shipment. After delivery, the buyer claimed there was damage and was permitted to return the item. I was then informed that I should have included photos of the alleged damaged area in my listing.

However, the dress was new with tags and had no damage at the time of sale. It is not realistic to expect sellers to photograph defects that do not exist!!!

What concerns me most is that the seller’s position did not appear to be thoroughly considered. As someone who takes pride in accurately describing items and maintaining integrity, this experience was extremely discouraging.

Because of how this case was handled, I have decided to remove my listings and no longer sell on this platform.

I hope the platform will improve its seller protection policies so that future sellers do not experience similar situations.
