Ordered a bespoke black l-shape sofa along with matching coffee table.

Sofa arrived with two damaged cushions, delivery driver got business owner on the phone or the "manager"...she confirmed she would send out replacement covers which we haven't received.

Our coffee table was missing the glass, which we were not told that it would be delivered by post TWO WEEKS after delivery.

The glass has arrived today and does not fit our coffee table!!! The glass is supposed to fit neat tight towards the piping work around the edges but it doesn't. The glass just slides off the top and we now fully regret buying from this company. We asked for gold legs on the sofa, which they have poorly sprayed and has already started to peel off (2 weeks old!!!!!)

Lies after lies, promises after promises. Good luck if you need to call them post sale, the mobiles never answer. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, once they have your money they STOP ANSWERING! - I'm not one to leave negative feedback to damage a business image but this shouldn't be allowed and I will be reporting this to trading standards alongside any other upholstery regulatory bodies. Wouldn't want anyone to experience what I have. Truly disgusting behaviour! I have plenty of photos to share of poorly made furniture and text msg thread going back and forth with "manager" to remove wife's negative feedback!

Received coffee table glass that I’ve been waiting on - incorrect size doesn’t fit not like how it’s advertised on the website where the glass looks sunken in it’s balancing on top of my footstall not safe with my toddler/baby!
Been calling this morning get told same as before “in a meeting” nobody seems to be available to speak too a direct person to deal with these issues, paid in full & really not happy with what I’ve received today & the customer service here.

Again I find myself in the same position, after what should have been an easy process & after your shameful efforts to rectify your wrong doings & being embarrassed by your company’s attempt of “customer service” I find myself here to complain about your poorly operated business.

I have all the evidence needed to provide to a ombudsman whom I’ve been in contact with & waiting on a reply, if I could get an email address for whoever has been in contact with myself & my wife is very much appreciate it as I intend to take this as far as possible. Your goodwill gesture unfortunately is severely unsatisfactory considering it was already arranged to be collected and refunded prior, again your customer service is nothing short of abysmal & I look forward to hearing from you. Also, for the record, the fake reviews you continue leave yourself trying to rebalance your positive to negative review ratio is embarrassing and just sums up what type of business you run.

Don't buy anything off this company. They give you the complete wrong order and refuse to do anything about it. Wrong table was sent then did not come to pick it back up. Would not give refund. No options other than to left with an item that no one bought or chose. This is disgusting. Have no choice but to keep incorrect item and just deal with it. The table received could be worth about £5 for all we know and that's not what was paid for. Absolute rip off and a useless company. NEVER BUY ANYTHING

My daughter who is at the end of her pregnancy has been told she cannot have a refund for the wrong coffee table that was delivered to her house. She spent a lot of money with this so called company and they are treating her like this. Terrible customer skills. Shoddy treatment of paying customers. Taking this further will bring this to everyone's attention. Shame on you

This company are great to deal with. I’ve read the various 1 star reviews and completely disagree. The customer service and products are fantastic in my experience. The bad thing about these review sites is the fact that one disgruntled customer can review many times (Ie through friends). Reading these bad reviews is clearly about 1 isolated incident but the individual has given bad reviews under multiple aliases which I find utterly disgusting as a small business owner myself. I can only say good things about this company and would recommend them to anyone

So happy with my sofa amd dining set, great customer service, delivery was perfect no rush and they made sure wee were happy before leaving, thank you again and would highly recommend.

Don't deliver what they promise. Wreck your house bringing stuff in and the run off before you have a chance to check it. Say they will replace the wrong item and then dont bother making out you're lying. If you decide to use them be warned, suppose you can always use a charge back via your bank when you send in proof of correspondence!!

Imagine lying to a 8 month pregnant lady. Sending out the wrong item and then ignore her. Bad enough sending out the wrong item but then proceed to ignore her messages. Can take her money when she's already wasted a whole day's wage then waiting in for the wrong item. Don't use this company guys!!!!

Reply back, I have sent 1 review so again your facts are wrong. Why would she have to return the item herself when you said she would get it uplifted by yourselves arranging that. You know the saying the customer is ALWAYS right!!! Get it sorted!!!!

Terrible company send out wrong item, then refuse to pick up and refund. Avoid at all cost will be contacting the financial obusman!!
