Posh Peanut has the best customer service agents, Queen in particular is always so nice, professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. All of Posh Peanut's staffe are the same way but I mostly have had Queen respond, I love Posh Peanut and definitely will buy more in the future.

I have been shopping at posh peanut for years. I don’t want to put my baby in anything else and my daughter doesn’t want to wear anything else. All of the clothing is so soft and comfortable and so so cute. It’s like they pull out my best childhood memories when they do their collaborations. I also have had a wonderful experience with their customer service! They were responsive and helpful. Great experience on all accounts.

I returned an item that was too big on me to posh peanut for a credit as they had a restocking fee. While I was not able to locate the gift card they had sent me via email, one quick email and an even quicker reply resolved my issue! Things happen, but receiving this level of customer service ensures a lifelong customer! Look forward to our next purchase.

I ordered a quilt and noticed the stitching had unraveled on part of it. I contacted Posh Peanut and Queen responded very quickly. She advised me of the next steps and processed an exchange. She was very helpful and made the process seamless. Thank you for your assistance!

The quality of the sleepers I’ve bought is beyond any other. The convertible footie is very unique and extends the user time. However, the customer service stands out equally as excellent. A wrong address was automatically attached to my credit card as the delivery address. Within moments their customer service corrected the wrong address. I was very relieved and thankful . I’ll continue to shop Posh peanut for sure!

Posh is simply the best. The material is so soft and the quality is unmatched, these will last as hand-me-downs for years and years. The customer service is also outstanding so if any issue does arise, it’s quickly sorted. Highly recommend.

My experience with Queen was great. I ordered my daughter, a beautiful princess backpack, and unfortunately, the sewing on one of the bottom pockets was not completed. They no longer have the backpack, so I couldn’t exchange for another. Queen responded to my email very promptly and issued a store credit. She also let my daughter keep the backpack. I may try to sew it myself. We’ll see.

I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address & contacted Posh Peanut, after I had submitted my order. The response time was almost immediate and they took care of my mistake.
Fantastic Customer Service!

I ordered Superman joggers for my son, so he matched my grandson. The size was way too big for him (I ordered a large but it was so much bigger on him). So I contacted Posh Peanut regarding an exchange. Queen was amazing and helped me by sending me return label, send gift card once the return was processed. I was then able to order a smaller size. Queen--if I could vote 10 stars, I would. Thank you again Queen for being so quick with responses to me throughout this process.

I received the wrong item in my order, so I sent an email and Cherry was so quick to help and get the correct item sent out! They’re products are incredible and so is their customer service!

We have ordered a lot from posh peanut. Their prints are beautiful and their convertible rompers grow with babies. If we ever have an issue they’re so prompt to help resolve the issue and I appreciate that so much form brands! I will continue to be obsessed with everything from posh peanut!

I just ordered a few onesies for my niece and I ordered them all in the wrong size🤦🏻‍♀️ luckily, when I emailed posh peanut’s customer service account I received an extremely fast response and they changed all the onesies to the correct size. Such a huge help for someone who is doing last minute Christmas shopping. Highly recommend buying from posh peanut!

I placed an order and noticed a few days later that I did not receive a confirmation email with order info . I reached out to customer service and received a response from Angela fairly quickly . After going back and forth she figured out that I had misspelled my email , fixed everything on her end , and resent the email. Very efficient and quick resolution ! Great customer service and friendly !

Excellent costumer service. I ordered a blanket and then the next day they went on sale! The sale only lasted one day so I figured I was out since it was on a Sunday. I emailed them and before the end of the day they had refunded my item so I was able to reorder at the discounted price. Definitely will be ordering again with this type of costumer service.
