Comfy beautiful pajamas and great customer service.

I love their pajamas. Out of all the bamboo they have the best feeling. Love my ANTOINETTE, wear it everyday (with washes of course). I had an issue with my flannel Theodore pajamas and they exchanged for a new pair with no hassles, excellent customer service!

Order issue resolved

I had an issue with an order due to a typo on the website. When I got ahold of customer service they were quick to solve the problem on the site and make things right with me. I will always continue to buy from Posh Peanut. They have been wonderful through my issue.

Excellent Customer Service

I reached out to customer service on a weekend after having accidentally entered an incorrect address for delivery. I worked with a wonderful customer service rep named Cherry and she was able to correct the address for me. Never expected a response on weekend. Excellent Care!

Great company

Great company. They always make it right. They have the best products and clothes. Stretchy and big enough for plus size. I love matching my girls. I emailed them for forgetting to change to my new address and they got back to me right away on the weekend and fixed it. I’ve never had such great customer service.

5 Star Customer Service

I had an issue with a recent order from Posh that was marked as delivered by the post office but never actually showed up. I reached out to their customer service team, and Sittie immediately stepped in to help. She was incredibly responsive, understanding, and efficient—she walked me through the entire process and had my order reshipped at no additional cost. The whole situation was handled quickly and with such care, which I truly appreciated. It's rare to find customer service this good these days! Thank you, Sittie and Posh Peanut, for going above and beyond. I’m so grateful and obviously will absolutely continue shopping here for my little one!

Do not buy Diaper bags from here

Posh peanut has always been one of my favorite brands since my daughter was born in 2022. The clothes, the bathing suits- the quality was unmatched. However, I do regret putting the diaper bag on my registry. It was only used for 6 months and the strap that attaches the bag to the stroller snapped. I would only hold 2-3 bottles in there at a time, diapers, a formula container, wipes, cream, and sometimes extra clothing, so it’s not like I was packing it excessively. I brought this up to the customer service team and they said they only do exchanges 3 days after the delivery date and there was nothing they could do. Not sure how that’s fair when you charge 180 dollars for an item that should last for years in my opinion, but maybe they themselves hold the life of use for the diaper bag as 6 months. They wouldn’t even send a new strap. It always sucks when you have to cut ties over customer service but it’s the principle. If you want a diaper bag that will last, DO NOT buy from Posh Peanut, or at least read other posh peanut diaper bag reviews before you do so. And that’s coming from a big posh peanut fan.

I needed to make an exchange, but was confused by the process. Cherry was extremely helpful and made sure my questions were answered and my exchange processed smoothly. So appreciative for her prompt and thorough responses.

Helpful customer service

Needed customer service because I placed an order and it automatically defaulted to my old address. They responded promptly and were able to update the shipping address before it shipped out. Can’t wait to receive my order. Thank you!

Cherry to the rescue!

Cherry was absolutely awesome and so helpful. I made a rookie mistake and forgot I already added an item to my cart and hit pay now instead of proceed to check out (I was excited, we’ve all been there). I realized my accident the second after it happened, and she was able to adjust my order an hour after I placed the order (I’m located on the east coast, so the time difference). Thank you again. Absolutely love this brand!

Helpful and responsive

I purchased a few items and was sent a code on a promotional card that had just expired. Since I was about to purchase some items with the code, I took the chance and asked for assistance in purchasing those items anyway. They communicated with me back and forth and put together an invoice and a link. Phenomenal customer service whether they can assist you or not. Customer for life based solely on this interaction. I already loved their clothing as it is soft and long lasting. Thank you PP!!!

Posh Peanut customer service and representative Cherry have been so helpful. They responded to my inquiry promptly and accurately. Very rare for online purchases in my experiences. It was very professional, helpful and much appreciated. Thank you!

Bad customer service I ever deal with…

Bad customer service I ever deal with and their policy isn’t there to help or support the customer, instead it’s only to benefit the company. I asked to return items that never been used with tag on for store credit and they’re refusing to do so!

I have had a terrible experience with…Posh Peanut

I have had a terrible experience with posh peanut which is really sad because I have several grand daughters who love their clothing. The customer service i have gotten was not reasonable. they sent my order missing a dress and when they finally sent the dress that was missing the return window had closed and they will not let me snd the dress back, which does not fit - so I am stuck with an $80. dress
not fair!!

Great customer service

I had an issue for the first time in 5 years with an article of clothing I received. I sent an email, and received a response back within an hour which I thought was really impressive. They also fixed my problem immediately! I was always a fan but this solidified I will keep shopping with them!
