They are not a real shop

They are not a real shop, they use other trusted platforms to make you think you're buying an item in sale price, but they get your card info an sell you a so called "membership" that you never authorized, which is absolutely useless, and if you let them, they will charge you 52€ for it.
They are a total SCAM structure that must be prosecuted by UE authorities.

I want to give it minus a 100!!

I want to give it minus a 100!!

This is a scam! Please, please be aware! It's been a YEAR! (May 9, 2024!!!) And they are still harassing me. Sending me emails asking me to change my honest review of their website, support and experience (they do agree my review was honest, they say so in their email). I wish I could attach all of the back-and-forth emails at this point, so you could all see the level of incompetence of their support department and their "Escalation Team", which happens to be the same person signing the emails! Even after I sent this email: "Stop harassing me. I will NOT be deleting my reviews, as they are accurate to the issue you seem to think was resolved. You claim to have cancelled my subscription, one I never signed up for in the first place, which you did, but after you charged me and refused to give me my money back, even though you claim in your email that a refund process has been initiated. So no, I will not remove my review, and if you continue to harass me to take it down, I will post another one with all these emails you are sending me." I've still gotten about 10 to 12 emails. All telling me it was my fault and the telling me they will refund me, but ONLY after I change my review.

This step is essential because, unfortunately, we’ve had many instances where customers did not update their reviews after receiving refunds. This can unfairly affect our brand's reputation, even though we have resolved the issue.
Our goal is to provide a fair and effective solution to your concern. We are prepared to offer you a full refund, but as mentioned earlier, the review deletion is a necessary step to proceed with the refund.
Also please note even though the card was cancelled you will still be able to receive your refund directly in your bank account without any issues.

This was supposed to be my last email:

[As I have mentioned before, I will not be doing that. Unfortunately, I do not trust that you will refund me my money once the review is deleted. Contact me again regarding this matter and I will post an updated review with the harassment I am receiving from you. At this point, I do not care if you reimburse me or not, the review is staying, people need to know you are a scam.]

Unfortunately for me, they seem to have different intentions. The latest was 5 emails with the exact same context word for word, which were sent to me yesterday.

I replied to all 5 of them. Basically stating that I would not be needing the refund and would not be changing my original review and making good on my promise that if they didn't stop with the harassing emails I would be posting an update to my review (which I have no idea how to do, hence a new review).

I wonder how many harassing emails I'll get now.

Did not receive order

Did not receive order, payment was deducted multiple times. In order for me to get a refund I must write a review? Not a trust worthy process. I appreciate the consultant trying to help me resolve this issue.

My experience has not been great

My experience has not been great. I was charged for the subscription/Membership fees without any prior confirmation for transaction. I, therefore request you to kindly look into this matter and refund my membership fees as soon as possible. Thank you, Bob for assisting. I am looking forward to a good response.

I do not appreciate that money has been deducted from my bank account without my concent or approval for that matter.
