Marta was exceptional as always and made organising my re-mortgage so easy. We had lots of communication in the early stages of getting the offer set up and legals instructed. We didn’t want to complete until some months later to tie in with our early repayment period on our existing offer and as that period was approaching (which was also very close to mortgage expiry date) we started to get correspondence again. There seemed to be good communication as well between Positive and our legal advisor. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marta and her team at Positive - they are brilliant!
