Could not fault any part of the process.
Customer service was 11/10, super quick, super easy, no clunky documentation process. Would definitely use again and recommend.
Would have been 5 stars, however I specifically asked for fortnightly repayments, however the financier used only offers monthly (which was disclosed post settlement).

Nick was an absolute God sent, after being stuffed around by another company, we went to nick and within 2 weeks he has us our new car.

Professional & efficient service
The dealings I have had with James Winnard at Positive Lending Solutions has been second to none. I cannot commend him enough for his professional and friendly service, his unbelievable efficiency and above all his 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. He alone, is the reason that I will now re-consider consolidating my housing loan and personal loan in the very near future. I have the utmost respect for the dealings I've had with him. My previous background is doing legal work and having done the financial work for a leading bank, believe me, he made it easy. I can't thank him enough. He is a credit to your company. Car finance and insurance
I found Nick at positive lending solutions great to deal with , he was quick with any questions I had aswell as being extremely prompt with getting my car finance through amd approved. He also gave me some great and very competitive options for car insurance. All round it was a great experience amd would highly recommend positive lending solutions to family and friends.

I dealt with Paul 2 years ago and have now had the time to find this review page. He got me an interest rate the banks could not compete with and I. The long run my broker service fee of $3k was still $16k less than the interest I would have paid to the bank with the higher rate.
Excellent service very easy to deal with and have recommended his services to my husbands business.
