My stay at Kaplan Vancouver was a thoroughly pleasant experience, with one exception: an unpleasant encounter with a teacher—whose name I don’t know—who made me leave the kitchen area because I was speaking Spanish. I don’t think that was the right way to handle it; even though I was speaking Spanish, he could have simply asked me—politely—to switch to English, rather than telling me to leave the space.

All factors such as service team, teachers, location, activities at the classroom and homework made this experience great.

To be completely honest, I’ve been quite disappointed with my experience here. Before enrolling, I expected a much more challenging and demanding learning environment. However, we seem to go over the same material repeatedly, and there’s very little variety in the lessons. As a result, I feel like I’m not making as much progress as I could be.

The main reason I decided to stay was that my mother had already paid for the entire course. Otherwise, I would have transferred to another school.

Horrible experience
When they are trying to sell you course they are quick to respond and take the payments. But whenever you need help or respond how to proceed afterwards and then if you want to get refunded they take forever to reply.
I been trying to contact with Marcela Muñoz for about 3 weeks to get my money refunded due to the previous advisor took so long to reply to my sister that we decide to no proceed with the course. I been calling 2 times a week . And same story that somebody will call me same day or the day after and not news .
horrible customer service . I’m kinda sad because some of my family members used to study here but the experience is been getting worst with the years
