Exceptionally Poor Value for Money
I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of this product - it looked like something printed out from a home computer on naff paper. I appreciate the items are bespoke, hence no refunds, but there is no way of assessing the quality without placing an order.
£30+ for a really cheap and nasty product. My only consolation is that i didn't upgrade to the larger version and waste £50!

Great service

My experience with Positive Prints was fantastic from start to finish. The product turned out beautiful, but the highlight was definitely the customer support. I made a small mistake on my order and was worried I wouldn't be able to fix it in time. I reached out to support and was lucky enough to get Jacek. He sorted everything out for me instantly and was so patient throughout the process. The print arrived looking perfect. A huge thank you to Jacek for being the absolute best! 10/10 service.

Wrong birthday year
My son received it but it had the wrong year for his birthday on it. It says 200e when it should say 2004. Here is my Order no. 1605736. If we could fix this that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Our designs are generated automatically based on the details entered in the creator during checkout, and unfortunately in this case the year (2003) was entered incorrectly when the order was placed.
That said, your satisfaction is very important to us and we’d love to make this right. We’ve already contacted you by email with a few options to help resolve this, including:
- a corrected digital file with the proper year, which you can print locally, or

Sloooow Delivery
I ordered a print as a Christmas present on the 15th of December and I'm still waiting on it to be delivered on the 12th of January. I completely understand that December is a busy time of the year and I was expecting to not receive it before the 25th December when I made the order. But it's been almost a month.. When the delivery times for European delivery is 3-7 working days, I think it's quite poor. It would definitely put me off buying from Positive Prints again.

I would definitely recommend this business for their quality and service. When I purchased a print, it was flawed, I emailed them for a redo. They were quick with their response and very accommodating through the process of sending me a replacement free of charge. Thanks again positive prints!
