I called in this morning with a issue and had the pleasure of speaking with Dave. I confirmed my info for my business and told him about the problem that I was having and he immediately fixed my issue promptly. I thought my problem would take a while to fix but he identified it and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I appreciate his help and support!

Arend in tech support was so incredibly helpful for me in a situation that was greatly affecting my business. Despite my obvious frustration, he stayed on the phone with me for multiple phone calls, and worked through my issue with my POS system until it was resolved. He was patient in working with me during business hours while I was having to help customers at the same time. Arend really problem solved an issue that needed a pretty firm understanding of how the system worked and multiple computers. This was a job well done. Thank you Arend!!!

We have been Comcash customers for nearly 20 years. When it came time to migrate to a cloud-based service we shopped every available option. We had been using Comcash Classic for POS and Square for credit card processing and after comparing all the hardware, software, and customer service at the competition, there was no question that we would remain loyal Comcash/POS Nation customers. No other company holds a candle to Comcash's service and affordability. Every migration issue I have had whether user error or program-related has been addressed by the tech team. I have spoken with Arron, Bradly, Bram and many other techs multiple times and they always address and solve my issue quickly and efficiently with the best attitude. My POS, merchant services, and back-of-the-house ops are all now integrated, on-demand, and running smoothly.

Oh my gosh... Edward out of the California office is the all knowing wizard of POS nation Cash Register Express. He was able to work us through a 2.5 year long issue we had been calling about over and over again without resolution. Edward stayed on the line for close to 120 mins figuring out how to solve the sorting and reports issue. YOU are amazing Edward :)

The name fits I wish I had realized it before I gave them $. PLEASE READ ALL OF THIER 1 STAR REVIEWS!!! These people lie they deceive and when confronted act as if they didn't. The puff up thier company and just say anything to get a sale. We have box full of crap we have never used and the best they could offer is if I went through the trouble of sending it back I'd get 50%. Shove that where the sun doesn't shine. You scam people you should be ashamed. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE P O S PEOPLE.
