Flowers ordered for wedding anniversary…
Flowers ordered for wedding anniversary (valentines day), unfortunately, they turned up with some of them slightly whithered, with more looking worse the next morning, not good considering i'd purchased some cheapo roses from Lidl and they seemed to survive far better.
PAR offered to replace them but that's pointless now as like others have said, flowers are for occasions to celebrate them, to cement a memory and when you fail at this you fail big time, replacements and refunds mean nothing.
I wouldn't recommend using them around the peak ordering times on this basis, I'm sure they're fine for every other occasion, but for me, I won't be spending with PAR again.
Update, they appear to have refunded me for my order on the basis of good customer service I've updated my score to 3.

Genuinely devastated not to have had my order delivered on the day it was 'guaranteed' to be delivered.
Despite paying for the order and receiving an email confirming the order, I've not received the flowers and to add insult to injury, they didn't call me until 10.40am which makes it impossible for me to replace the order today.
People order flowers for significant reasons, Post-a-Rose failing to deliver the flowers that I paid for have undermined the significance of the reason I ordered them.
So thank you very much (Don't) Post-a-Rose.
Since complaining, Post-a-Rose have gone out of their way to make up for this issue. Thank you

Beautiful Rose!
So glad I discovered this company. I'm so happy with my purchased I cannot recommend them enough. Fabulous delivery service, prices are great. I ordered a single rose for a special loved one. I was kept up to date with the despatch of my order. I have never see such a big & beautiful rose like the one which was sent by Post A-rose, when the well package was opened there was a beautiful presentation box inside was the beautiful yellow (big) rose I ordered. I will definitely buy from Post a Rose again! I can't thank them enough.
