The worst post service I’ve ever seen in my life! It’s a pure DISASTER!! It’s second day now I can’t reseive my parcel!
Didn't come to my door and claimed I wasn't home.
My kids were telling me about the esp32 and I ordered it for Christmas for them. Today I checked the status of my delivery and I saw that they claim that I wasn't home so they couldn't deliver my package.l at 2:07 PM. I was waiting for my kids to come home on the sofa and if they were there and rang the doorbell I would have heard it. I'm ok with it being delayed asking I knew about it. But straight up lying to your staff about the person not being home and not admitting that you didn't go there is honestly so dumb. Now my kids are sad as now we don't know where our package is right now and I have tried to contact Lpexpress, but I got zero help. I would give 0 stars if I could as they took my money for delivery and don't even send the package, is terrible. Why did the workers even apply for the job if they won't do their job.

This is an absolute nightmare of a process to be receiving packages from abroad to LT. My family decided to STOP using Lithuanian Mail services forever! Insane what they are putting citizens through. Expensive and Bureaucratic!

It's a joke! Registered letter with documents, was posted from Kaunas to the UK. 10 days later it's still in Vilnius!!! I have no words! Now I have to fly to London to get in time. Lithuanian post is worse than in Afrika!

So I declared my parcel when I posted…
So I declared my parcel when I posted it in UK to recipient in LT. The parcel has arrived to LT customs and was sitting there without notifying both parties. Then luckily I tracked it and was asked to declare it again for a fee of 6.99 euros. Everything is made complicated on purpose so you have no choice but to pay up. Scam artists, enjoy your 7 euros, stick it where the sun doesn't shine.

You pay for track delivery to home, by tracking number you see that parcel arrived to post office 16:59 P.M. and 17:01 P.M they couldn’t reach you at home, so please come to post office to take your parcel, or alternatively you can pay extra and they will leave your parcel in post box near post office. What???I paid for tracked shipping with delivery to home! Worst shipping company in Lithuania

Horrible! I prepared my parcel all weekend so that on a Monday I could send Monday is a holy work day for all the world and I come to the office and they don't work they made it off this is stupid It's so stupid I cannot imagine what is this is this Russia Soviet times? Soviet Union? Who's the owner who's the general director? Is this because they bought a lot of brand new cars Dacia? Are they reducing staff? So they cut off the Monday? Then why Saturday they work until lunch? Just cut off the whole Saturday and cut off on Friday until lunch Make the Saturday Sunday off for them but Monday is a holy work day hell if you want make Friday work them from lunch to evening so that people at the end of the work week could pick up the parcels before the weekend or you could maybe make two shifts who overlaping and the post office would be constantly working without offs but at least one worker would be always in there even on Sunday so you could wait 1 hour at the queue and receive your parcel

Terrible, have to be the worse post service in whole Europe. 3 times family members sent me a parcel from Norway to Lithuania. All the time it gets sent back with message "unclaimed".
I have never received a delivery note, and I have never got visited by the workers. And we have a mail box in our house. We also have cameraes, so we can see if delivery man/woman has been there.
Customer service is impossible to talk with. TERRIBLE, AVOID AT ALL COST.
