I've been testing email signature generators recently and I came across to this one. It's free and does the job. Supposedly it's ad-free, sends no promotion emails.

We invited our users to review our service. Our service is totally free. Our users reviewed us but Trustpilot never approved their reviews. Our users complained to us about Trustpilot removed their review. We told them to send screenshots of our service while it was being used by them. That didn't work.
