Ordered a card in safety mode to ensure no issues, turned up 12 days later singing away through the post. I’ve emailed, no response and also done a live chat with ‘Chris’, he never responded and ended the chat once I asked for a refund. Waste of money and time, avoid this company at all costs.

Absolute horrendous service
Absolute horrendous service .
Ordered the cards ( 2 costing £27)
On the 25th of march it’s now the 7th of April and still no cards .
I’ve tried multiple times to contact this company and have been completely ignored . Their phone number on their website isn’t even a real one .
I finally managed to get someone to reply to me by commenting on one of their Facebook posts which they said they would get back to me which to my surprise they never did .
Do not waste your time .
Save your money shop elsewhere .

Appalling service. I ordered the card on the 5th March, my friend's birthday was on the 10th. No updates about the dispatch date until after the 8th when I inquired about it. I got my reply next day saying there have been some delays. On the 12th March I reached out to them again, saying that I want to cancel the order as it too late already. No reply until 14th March, 4 days after my friend's birthday, that my order have been dispatched, with a note that they're sorry but they were supply issues?!?! I was offered a refund if I return the card, but the thing is she never received it in the first place. I'm really disappointed with the service. What a waste of money and time...
UPDATE: after requesting refund, I was informed that the card has been delivered on 16th March and was given the link to check the tracking, however, there is no information on it who signed for it, and my friend says she never received it. It's all a bit dodgy...

Late delivery, no response
I ordered a Chocolate Penis and a Chocolate pile of Poo from them as a birthday gift, the order was meant to arrive 5 business days after the order, however, I only received the order nearly a month later.
During the waiting period, I emailed them multiple times, called them and used their own website's ticket system to ask for updates but I never received a reply. Only after I put in the Paypal refund request did they ever reply and after that, they have not responded.
Royal Mail also charged me postage on what was meant to be free postage. And thus far the company has stopped responding to me.
Overall I would suggest you avoid this company at all costs.
