I spent a lot of money to send a small gift to a friend in Spain as they promised delivery on time with customs sorted. I was never sent, no communication from them to say delayed or not delivered. No response as yet from their customer service, having to claim back via my bank.
Don’t know about the quality of the gift but I received great customer service after I got the recipient address wrong. Thank you
I ordered some coasters , still nearly 4 weeks later nothing arrived, I emailed and did get a response asking if my address was definitely correct, it is and I paid by Apple Pay which is linked to my card and address and also my default address on SHOP Is correct, not sure I will actually get the order, thankfully these only cost £7.95

Disappointing mystery box. It states that the value of gifts are more than the price you pay but I personally didn’t see this as value for money, the products were very niche and random for a male recipient. My recipient wasn’t a fan of any of it, (I wasn’t either) which is a shame as I thought the concept was really cool. Maybe worth adding a couple of questions to tailor the box? Also didn’t deliver when expected.

Mystery box for my partner was disappointing. Contained a meteorite fragment (the only cool bit) Picasso magnets and dark chocolate, the last two are quite risky to put in I feel , £23 seems steep for these and My partner didn’t really like the magnets or chocolate.
Description reads that the contents add up to a price more than the box but if bought separately my contents total only £16.25 . Won’t buy again,
