Was a great tool for a small restaurant that only had one screen. Then out of the blue they required a credit card which they said was for verification purposes. I was told via a chat representative that my card would not be charged and that none of the features of the free basic plan would change. I received an email today saying that my trial subscription to the Pro plan was about to expire and that I would be charged $297 USD per month starting on June 17th. Needless to say that was a shock considering my chat session last month said I was still on the free basic plan and would not be charged unless I went over 10 screens. I was able to switch back to a free plan but it now contains a watermark which is something that was never part of the free plan before. When I started they had a FAQ that committed to having a free plan for small business who had less than 10 screens. Now to remove the watermark I have to spend at least $29 USD per month for a plan that removes watermarks. So this is clearly a bait and switch tactic. I will now be forced to look for another app which is a shame because I liked the features. I could have swallowed a few dollars per month but the thought of spending $29 or even $297 just isn't in the cards for my small shop. Beware is all I can say!

5 stars! Really simple to use, you just download the app on the firestick, then enter the code on your dashboard and you are ready to go! I wish I knew how simple this was before I tested other platforms!

Specially good if you have more than one business to manage

I loved this app. Helped me with my work performance, the design is also very intuitive and you can easily find the function that you are looking for. As someone who works on the educational area, organization is the most important thing. So this one is Quite good!

I don’t use it for commercial purposes but actually for my own home, with my family. And it is quite useful nevertheless

Not free anymore, Bait and switch, huge wathermark on the screen as of july 1, unless you pay 24£/month....okay ofcause they need to make money but 24£ a month to remowe a watermark and still only have basic file upload size, im switching to Digital Signage

I've been using PosterBooking for a few months now and it's soooo useful! Actually, I don't have any bussiness on my own, but use it to schedule my routine and to keep doing everything right working from home (home office). Plus, it is specially advantageous for a free app.

Running a non-profit means you have to be careful with every penny. That's why PosterBooking is a godsend! We've started using it for our community center announcements and it's ridiculously easy. Super user-friendly, and packed with features, and the best part - it's free! These developers deserve a medal!

I have been using the 10 free screens for quite some time now, and they really made life easier in the office.

Posterbooking was good for us, however, after we input our credit card information, they instantly placed us at the $297 a month plan. We did NOT sign onto that nor agree to this, and we only need to stick with the free plan for what we do.
Had I not caught the "__ days remaining" message on Posterbooking, I would've been unaware that we were upgraded to a plan we did NOT consent to.

Additionally, Posterbooking has issues with getting things to display after uploading, and it can be a pain sometimes.

I've been using posterbooking for over a year now in my warehouse with 15 screens. The platform and service they offer is nothing short of outstanding. Thank you soo much!

Great service that can expand as your company grows. Top choice for a small business starting our with limited resources. Easy web based interface for editing.

This company said I had up to 5 screens free, and after I spent a week installing their software loading my pages, and setting up, they now direct me to a billing page and tell me I'm supposed to pay them £24/month. I use American dollars, here in the States, so not even sure what that is, and at the time I am writing this review it even says "Free Digital Signage Software by PosterBooking" at the top of this page.

the product started off as a great solution for individuals who had 10 or less screens BUT! they recently changed their software where if you dont put your credit card in you cant use the software at all. Then when talking to the their support desk "Simon" they gave me this answer then stopped replying. "Our new system has made it so one person cannot have more than 1 account, we require your card details to continue using Posterbooking for free and will NOT charge you"

Easy interface, free service, lots of templates to choose from

no way to set up three screens as they said - all went fine until first trial - after that we only got acces to a billing page - and nothing else is visible anylonger - after all my work done, I feel that I have been send a milestone backwards and my restaurant is opening May 11th so I am desperate.
No way to communicate with anyone in direct and no response on emails either - quite disappointing

update 22/05/2023 : open on 17/05/2023 all working fine now - thanks to Simon of Digital Signage Software Posterbooking who did everything to try to find a solution for our problem.

arguably the best digital signage platform in terms of scalability, ease of use, functionality and feature combination.. Thank you so much developers for allowing our not-for-profit to use this at no cost.You're the best!!!
