Posterfactory never lets me down
Posterfactory never lets me down. They do outstanding prints. They deliver fast. The work is wrapped for protection and arrives perfect.
I have called them several times with particular issues and they are extremely helpful.

Excellent service & product
Such an excellent printing company. I was a bit hesitant, but they were cheaper than my local Officeworks and I loved the various sizes and papers to choose from.
Quick delivery and poster was in perfect condition (packaged very securely).
I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!
Will be purchasing posters for my house from these guys for years to come :)

I called before my order to confirm resolution and ratio requirements - customer service spent 20 minutes ensuring I had all the information I needed and were incredibly knowledgeable. My order was completed within hours and shipped that day. The prints arrived packaged with every provision of care and most importantly - the prints were better than I could have imagined! The colours are crisp and bright - the paper (wall 250) has a lovely texture.
More than happy with the result. I will only be using PosterFactory from now on!

Hello Hanne, less than one percent of our parcels gets damaged. When that is the case we replace those prints as a matter of course and that goes for yours too. Please have another look at the email we sent 😀.
