Gary Marshall, in the Fort Lauderdale facility, made this latest project a no-stress, no-brainer. For every question or request I had, Gary was immediately on top of it with utterly thorough information. Our needs and orders were treated like they were his highest priority. I have ordered about 8 or more retractable banners from PosterGarden and one broke. They had me send it to them and they repaired it and shipped it back to me. I did not pay for the repair or shipping which was great. They stand by their product and repair the broken item at their cost.

Great customer service, high quality products. We have been ordering from them for years with no problems. They are great about bringing potential issues with your files to your attention before they print, where as many places will just print what you send them with no questions asked. They keep you updated through the entire process, send you images of your completed project to make sure you like it before they send it to you, and then when it's all said and done they send you a hand written thank you note. Seriously. They are awesome to work with.
