Quick turnaround, good quality

I’ve ordered a poster and asked for 1-day delivery which did not arrive on time. I asked for a full refund as I have no use of the poster now since I wasn’t able to bring it to the conference. I emailed them and got this response

“Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the courier service. Once the courier has the parcel the service is out of our control
We did book it on a next day but the couriers will not guarantee that if though we are paying for it.
I do apologise for this but like I say it is totally out of our control”

The customer service, turnaround time, arrangements for delivery and quality of the prints were all outstanding. We needed flyers, A3 and A1 posters at short notice and the team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed in time for our event.

After two failed prints, I wanted a refund, the Worker James emailed me telling me that they did not have to cover return costs and stated this was law (false statement) and then accused me of sending vile emails and also treating other staff like dirt when I have never spoken to them there and also accused me of down right atrocious attitude towards other human beings. His emails have now been reported to the police for malicious communications. UPDATE : THE SECOND PRINT WAS NOT PERFECT SO STOP TELLING LIES. I ACTUALLY HAVE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF BOTH SHODDY PRINTS SO GO GIVE UR HEAD A WOBBLE PAL. You have also shared my emails to yourself and made them public in your reply without my consent, I believe this to be an act to cause me distress and alarm, to which it has. I now give you 7 days to remove said text from your reply. If you refuse to do this or fail to do this then court proceedings will follow were I WILL sue Poster Pidgeon for damages. YOU HAVE 7 DAYS

Brilliant printing. Very easy to order and great customer service. The printing was done very quick and in my possession in a matter of a day selection the one day delivery. Highly recommend.

Paul couldn't not have been more helpful, he looked over my poster before sending it to print to ensure it wasn't pixilated. Poster was ordered Tuesday morning and delivered Wednesday @9am!

First thing, I wasn't asked to write this, but the service I've received from Poster Pigeon this last week has left me gobsmacked and inspired me to write.
Order placed Saturday evening and posters were through my door on Tuesday. I've been a keen amateur photographer for over 40 years, and can confirm the quality of the product was outstanding.
The budget for the club I did the poster for was limited, but the quality of the reproduction would have justified a much higher price.

I have used Posterpigeon a few times recently, both for large print posters for home, and foamex boards for work. Each time I have been impressed by the quality, value for money and speed of turnaround. They're much better than their website makes them look!

Found the artwork on Tuesday, had that approved by Poster Pigeon for printing to A0, sent artwork Wednesday, confirmed the order on their easy to use site, received a beautiful waterproof poster on Friday morning. Guys, great job in all departments. Very impressive.

I ordered a poster which was sent very promptly. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the tube it was in had been crushed by the courier despite it being a strong one and not just the usual flimsy ones, so the poster was badly creased. I contacted Poster Pigeon to explain, and they got back to me very promptly to say they'd send out a replacement that day, which they duly did. It arrived the next day, this time intact, thankfully. The recipient was very happy with the poster, so would definitely use them again.

Placing order was straightforward. Prices are competitive. There was a problem with part of the order but communication was great and they went the extra mile to get me what I ordered on time. Highly recommended.

Cannot fault the commitment to Quality, Service and Value. As a semi professional artist and Graphic Designer, prints for my clients are obviously expected to be of the highest quality, and that is exactly what I received. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process.
