Sent image to be checked was told it was suitable for the size I asked for - told no need to upload image again to order.
Placed order only to recieve an email asking for image. That was resolved. Recieved poster - wrong size and image does not fill the paper as expected

So sorry you were not happy with your order.
The reason we asked again for the artwork was that there was a gap of around 9 days between you sending us the original artwork and you actually placing the order, so this is why we were unaware you had already sent it.
If you were not happy with the order once received, i do wish you would have contacted us and we would have done our utmost to rectify it there and then, we always want to keep our customers happy !
We publish over 40 magazines in the UK…
We publish over 40 magazines in the UK and needed some poster boards sent to Milan at very short notice. Paul organised everything via courier. The boards were an excellent quality and arrived perfectly on time. We could not be more delighted with Posterpigeon!
