Hello

Hello, couldn’t get a straight answer on delivery date, it took about 15 days instead of 5-6 and then the wrong item came.

You then sent the right item within 5 days.

The frames are nice and thick

The frames are nice and thick. It came with lots of dust that got stuck on the acrylic glass and wiping them both scratched the glass and gave me splinters.

Great products…

Poster and frames arrived in a timely fashion. Frames were easy to use and the prints I inserted look professionally installed.

Not the Quality of a Poster

These are not the type of posters I expected. The paper is stiff and lightweight. I was expecting the heavy, more pliable traditional poster paper. Also, the colour saturation, contrast, and sharpness are not there causing the pictures to appear washed out. It looks like they were printed on someone’s home printer. This was a waste of my money, and I will not order from here again. I gave two stars because of the decent selection of pictures, the communication regarding shipping, and the fact that I did receive something.
