You has ordered a 20x30 centimeters poster and ...you had a 20x30 centimeters poster.
Then, You contacted us long time after your pass order just to signify it was not the size you expected.
We didnt ignored you and replyed immediatelly. We asked you if you had read correctly it was in cm and not inch. Then,you didnt asked for a change nor a refund.if you want to go for one of this option, no problem, just ask and we will be glad to explain you the process to return it.
