Ordered many times

Ordered many times. Good quality paper, frames, all beautiful. The only small problem was once that a frame arrived with a small mark on it. But I ordered around 10 different times so that is not usual.

Complacency with delayed orders

Ordered a wavy frame on the 30th of November 2025. After my first inquiry they explained that there was no stock and that the order would dispatch at the end of December. It’s January now, and after a second inquiry they repeated the same, explaining that the order would depart later in the month. Incredible levels of complacency with the fact I paid 70€ to be waiting for almost two months. Very frustrating

Your Wavy Frame was placed as a pre-order on November 30th, with an initial delivery estimate for December as stated on the product page. Unfortunately, production took longer than expected, which meant the estimated dispatch had to be pushed to January. We understand that the pre-order detail may have been easy to miss, and we’re sorry if this could have been communicated more clearly from our side.

The good news is that production of the Wavy Frame is now completed, and orders are currently being prepared for shipment. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your order further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team, we’re always happy to help.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. The lack of customer service and help is just unbelievable. I have ordered a product 3 weeks ago and was at home waiting for the delivery for the scheduled date. To my surprise it said in the tracking that the driver did not find my address and more details were needed to guarantee the delivery. I checked all the details provided but everything had been correct. To avoid another failed delivery I have rescheduled the delivery to a pick up point. Once again I receive the information that my package could not be delivered to a very popular pick up point in my area as my address was incorrect. I mean where is the logic if it is supposed to be delivered to a pick up point. As I could reschedule again I changed the delivery to a 2nd pick up location. The delivery has not been completed as they have said again from from the delivery company that my address was incomplete. I contacted the customer service from postery to receive some help but the only thing they did was to inform me that I should be happy that at least they did not charge me 35€ as a fee because I did not collect my parcel. Worst experience that I had with an online order. Can not recommend.

Unfortunately, we were not able to resolve the delivery issue with the carrier. In cases like this, failed deliveries to pickup points can happen if the location is temporarily over capacity or closed. While we fully understand that this is frustrating from a customer perspective, these are limitations on the carrier side that we do not have direct control over.

As the parcel was ultimately held at the carrier’s pickup point and not collected before being returned, a €35 return fee would normally apply. However, since the delivery did not go as smoothly as we had hoped and due to the repeated issues you experienced, we chose to waive this fee.

We are genuinely sorry that you feel we fell short on the customer service side. That is never our intention, and your feedback is taken seriously. We truly hope we may get another opportunity in the future to show the level of service we always aim to provide.

Beautiful colours but not as sturdy or high quality as I would like for the price

The colour of the frame is beautiful and matches the photos well. However, I think that for the price it should have glass or plexiglass rather than the flimsy plastic insert. I’ve bought frames from other brands at a lower price that have been higher quality.
