Stay Away - Posteryard Unethical Practices

As an artist (Mike Koubou), my experience with Posteryard has been deeply disappointing. They've used my artwork without permission, non-payment for a year, and failed to respond to my concerns.I strongly advise potential customers to STAY AWAY from this platform.

Not expecting my posters to arrive...

I ordered two posters and paid my money (got free shipping). I received a prompt order confirmation but no follow-up well over a week later with any information about shipping. I sent two emails and even called the customer service number four times but no one ever answers. At this point my money has just been taken without any promise of delivery from a company right here in Sweden ( I get faster delivery confirmation from companies overseas)! I will report them to the authorities. THIS IS A CRIME.

I never received my order!

It is now 24 days since I ordered a poster-hanger. I have not received my order yet.
I have written a mail explaining this, about 2 weeks ago - I haven’t heard back. I tried calling. But no answer.
Don’t buy from posteryard.dk !

I didn’t receive my order.

I didn’t receive my order.

3 weeks ago I got the confirmation that my package was ready, but I never received it. I’ve emailed twice and got no response, I tried to call (waited 10 minutes, then it sounded like I was hung up on). I’ve already paid and hope to receive the order, but I don’t have much hope left.

Apparently great if all goes well. Untrustworthy if it doesn't.

They sent the wrong size of poster. I have emailed twice and got no reply. I’ve tried calling but they don’t answer their phone. I think the suggestion to contact the police and konsumentverket is probably a good one. I can see that someone from Posteryard has responded to some people on here since I left my review and since I wasn't one of those lucky people I tried sending another email, directing it to the person responding, but still no response.

Return

I’ve written several emails and called 5 times trying to get ahold of customer service, just so that I can return the posters I’ve received cause they’re the wrong size. I’ve gotten no response and nobody is picking up. So please answer the emails so I can return and get some new once in the right size…

De company is a trustworthy honest one in Sweden

After my order did not arrive although the company had shipped it i got my money back. The problem was with DHL parcels. So very satisfied Stefan !

Don’t buy at this website!

Worst customer service experience in years.

Ordered a 50,- poster which arrived within a week (address in Netherlands). So far so good.

But the poster was too large for our room so I wanted to change the poster for a smaller one. That was impossible..

1) no return information on the website

2) no reply on several emails

3) no contact possible on service phone number on website

The return was a mess

The return was a mess. They did not update the return to one of their payment methods which lead to unnecessary stress and emails back and forth for something that should have been quite simple.
